My one year with CoinDepo

By next month it will be my 1 year with CoinDepo. Their promise interest is fully paid on time and I am appreciate that as I need the interest to pay by my daily usage.They also as promise to publish their quarterly financial report. I am waiting for their Creditcard to launch. Highly recommended CD to all.

Mass Holding of Referral Bonuses Despite Full KYC Verification

I have been using CoinDepo and successfully invited my relatives/friends to join the platform. We strictly followed the rules and patiently completed the mandatory 90-day holding period. However, the moment my referrals tried to withdraw the $100 USDC referral bonuses, the platform cancelled the withdrawals and put all our accounts under a "3-week compliance review." It is highly suspicious that an entire batch of users faces the exact same restriction at the exact same time. This looks like a systematic stall tactic to avoid paying out earned bonuses. I welcome the compliance review, but | urge CoinDepo to resolve this immediately and release the funds for my account and all my 8 referrals. [UPDATE July 8, 2026]: Thank you for your response. As requested, I have formally raised this issue to your team. Please refer to our official communication under Ticket Number: 14491, which has also been forwarded to your Compliance Department. To clarify, we fully understand that standard KYC/AML and anti-abuse checks are normal. However, all of my referrals are real individuals who successfully verified their identities using unique, valid government IDs months ago. The only reason these accounts are 'related' is because they are my real-life family and friends whom I personally invited to your platform, exactly as your Referral Program intended. Holding all bonuses simultaneously the moment the 90-day period ended is what raises red flags. Now that you have my details, I expect your Compliance Team to expedite this review and release the funds to my account and all my referrals promptly.

The temporary restrictions connected with the review have been lifted, and withdrawal requests may again be submitted through the standard process. Compliance and anti-abuse reviews are a standard part of CoinDepo’s procedures, particularly where a group of related accounts shows similar or coordinated activity. Such a review does not by itself mean that any user has committed a violation. Its purpose is to verify that the accounts are independently controlled and that the Referral Program has been used in accordance with its terms. Many red flags

Coindepo has many red flags that make it untrustworthy to entrust your funds to them. -The team listed on their website has almost no experience or track record in crypto, and the CEO's videos looks like are AI-generated. -On their Reddit account, the majority of the comments are made by fake accounts, and they respond to them, suggesting that the subreddit is set up by them to generate fake engagement. You can verify this; all the users commenting are banned accounts or only participate in that subreddit. -In their Telegram community, the same five users also talk daily about cryptocurrency price fluctuations and how good an investment the Coindepo token is. They all become defensive in the face of any criticism or inquiry about Coindepo, making it seem as though they too are bots or employees trying to create a positive image. -Here on trustpilot the account is restricted because they found many fake reviews. Worst of all, Coindepo offers no response to these questions, deletes critical comments on its subreddit, and censors messages on Telegram, making everything even more suspicious instead of providing answers and demonstrating transparency.

[Solved] Very big issue

Update 23 april 2026: Problem solved. Because I'm using a different email client, I didn't notice that CoinDepo emails were being deleted directly, not just sent to the spam folder. Never happened anything like this with any sender. Customer support contacted me right from the start of the problem, and the password reset emails also arrived as expected. I still don't understand why I couldn't log in since I use a password manager, nor why the emails were being deleted. The star rating goes from 1 to 4. Thank you, CoinDepo. Before: I've been a verified Coindepo customer since December 2025 and have never had any problems. Until today, because I had a really big one: I tried to log in, but I couldn't. I'm absolutely certain I used the correct email and password, but the site says I don't exist! I still clicked "Forgot your password?" to receive the password reset email, but three hours have passed and the email hasn't arrived, not even in the spam folder. I'm also sure no one has been able to access the site to change my password. I contacted support, but so far I haven't received a response. I hope they fix this problem soon, because otherwise they are not serious. Be careful, people! I don't want to lose around €5,700!
