Had to contact customer service to provide transaction details before deposit appeared in account. Deposit took over a day to appear in account!

24/7 support is a not

24/7 support is a not - sent ADA to the QR code for cardano - got a confimration email coindepo recieved it and it is in my "current Compound Interest Account" - login and can't see the deposit anywhere - not even in history - saw on scanner the transaction did correctly - can't get a hold of anyone to explain - wtf

Good experience

Good experience, but some funcionality is not so friendly user (i.e. the coindepo token earnings are not in the same section as the others coins earnings). It's not bad but could improves.

Withdrawals working well, platform does what it primises

I discovered the coindepo platform through the "Milionários com Cripto" YouTube channel, in a video where they talked about the private sale of the coindepo token (this private sale, at the cheapest price, ended on January 10, 2024). Before making any review, in my opinion, and when the platform is not widely known (especially when it comes to the crypto market), you should test its most critical features, to see if they do what they are supposed to do. . And that's what I did, from the user's perspective, and I can say that the coindepo platform delivers what it promises, both in terms of security and functionality. In terms of security, it has two-factor authentication (password and code in an authentication app like Google Authenticator) for login and withdrawals. This two-factor authentication is optional until we make withdrawals. The first time we want to make a withdrawal, we are required to activate this second authentication factor which, as I said, is valid for login and withdrawals. Here, I consider that they could have two different factors: one set of codes for login, and another set of codes for withdrawals, just like it is done on other platforms. However, I don't think that's where the app loses security; As it stands, the user only needs to worry about one code and one key to backup. Something that I find a little disturbing is the fact that a code is sent to the email after entering the password, a code that has to be confirmed on the website. However, it further reinforces the security of the application, which we should always value. I think the code sent to the email should be optional, and it would be up to each person to activate it, but currently that is not what happens. So, to log in, with two-factor authentication already activated, we need to perform three steps: email and password, enter the code sent to the email and enter the code from the authentication app (being more correct, they have a three-factor authentication at login). Regarding the features, the ones I am using are related to earnings, between 12% and 18% per year for some volatile coins, and between 18 and 24% annual earnings for stable coins. Where the platform stands out from the others is exactly in the income we can obtain with our stable coins (in fact, I don't know of any other platform that pays as much. By default, accounts pay interest daily, at a lower rate. We can then create weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual accounts, with the longer the period, the higher the rate (more information on the platform). The platform also allows you to buy its token, coindepo, which is still in pre-sale, and therefore at a much lower price than what will be seen at launch (information about the token is also available on the platform). It also has features related to credit cards, which I won't talk about as I'm not an expert on the subject. I would like to inform you that I tested the withdrawal functionality (one of the most critical for me) and everything went very well. Please note that, for security reasons, the platform retains the withdrawal amount for one day, and only after that day sends it to your wallets. However, I assure you that all the money comes to you. In conclusion, I could not recommend the platform more, which was my great discovery at the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025.
