Deceptive Diamonds Rewards Program - Total Waste of Time
The Diamonds rewards system is a complete scam designed to artificially inflate daily active users and generate ad revenue. As a dedicated user, I have accumulated a verified balance of 26,716 diamonds through months of consecutive daily logins, yet it is structurally impossible to redeem anything. Every high-value reward or NFT is perpetually marked as 'Sold Out' within milliseconds. To make matters worse, they have now completely wiped all NFTs from the active rewards catalog, leaving the actual store inventory at zero for genuine human users. There is zero transparency or bot protection. They extract your time and economic attention under false pretenses without offering fair commercial access to the rewards advertised. I have already filed formal complaints with the FTC and eConsumer.gov (Case #208767112). Do not waste your time with this platform.
I’ve been using CoinMarketCap for years, and it remains one of the most reliable places to check market data, track new projects, and follow price movements.
The platform is fast, clean, and updated constantly — exactly what you need when working with crypto. Recently I went through the listing process for my project, and the experience was surprisingly smooth.
The guidelines were clear, communication was professional, and the submission steps were well‑structured.
Everything felt transparent and organized.Overall, CMC continues to be a trustworthy reference point in the crypto world.
Great platform, great team, and a solid experience from both a user and project‑owner perspective.
The biggest problem I have is…not being able to reach out to them
The biggest problem I have is transparency. I believe I am being scammed I can only e mail them at Coinmarketcapwalletbnb there is a Mr wilson and a Mr na r ek G that are constantly hitting me up for money so that the crypto can be converted into cash. But yet coin market cap doesn't sell, trade exchange any currencies. I can not c a ll anybody I can only e mail. No these people are trying to scam me and you would think that the real coin mar l et cap would want to help stop them. Maybe they are one in the same

I am been called up to 20 times per day by from a roller caller No. that you cannot block. The caller states that he is from CoinMarketCap and I have been scammed and a refund of R 2,223,459.30 due to me but I must pay R1,025.00 upfront to receive the funds which I refuse to do. This has been going on for 3 months now and the caller sounds like a Nigerian and given the amounts of calls on a daily basis this constitutes harassment as the the roller caller no cannot be blocked. The caller is also extremely abusive towards me and is there any possibility that these SCAMMERS website can be taken down. I have now come to the end of my terror with this foreigner purporting to be from CoinMarketBase. How do I get the FBI involved as enough is enough now.

Are you doing anything (that you can actually prove) to help authorities to stop the flood of scammers using your platform as part of their scheme? Since they are able to constantly spawn new phone numbers, it's hard to block them, even with the great anti-spam/scam features of Android lately.
This must be traceable. There were several big police raids on huge scamming operations in Ukraine and Turkey, with several EU-member state police forces participating.
So, what do you do to combat this, and how can I help?
I have not been scammed so I don't have hard evidence, but tons of call recordings etc.
(I write this from Czechia)

Hello Daniel, CoinMarketCap is not an exchange or wallet, and as such, there is no deposit or withdrawal on our platform. This means, there are no funds (no money) on our platform. If there is someone telling you that you have funds on CoinMarketCap (using our Portfolio tool) or that you can deposit/withdraw on our platform, then they are a scammer. CoinMarketCap also does not request for users' phone numbers anywhere on our platform, so there is no way we would have this information. If there are scammers calling you, it is likely that your data was leaked on another platform where you had to input your phone number. Unfortunately, we have no way to controlling or preventing scammers outside of our platform; we do our best to report them to the appropriate department (such as Telegram for any impersonators), but ultimately, it is not up to us. We recommend always contacting CoinMarketCap through our official request form: https://coinmarketcap.com/request This is how you will know you are speaking with the authentic CoinMarketCap team. The absolute best crypto tracker—reliable, informative, and professional!
I have been using CoinMarketCap for a long time, and it is hands down the best platform in the crypto space. The website and app are incredibly well-structured, user-friendly, and always stable and accessible without any random glitches or unfair technical issues.
What I value the most is the constant stream of high-quality information and professional data analysis published on the site. It is extremely useful for tracking market trends, diving into tokenomics, and making informed decisions. On top of that, their daily rewards system is transparent and reliable, proving they actually respect their users' time and loyalty. Highly recommend CoinMarketCap over any other tracker!
You have to be very careful that you don't believe scammers in relation crypto currency. If you made a lost in the past they will try and convince you they can get it back. Setup what looks real under CoinMarketCap. Coinmarketcap is not a broker so no deposits or withdrawals can happen from this app. Please also note the CoinMarket Cap themselves are legitimate.
I lost the money on the On-chain. After I google at the on-chain customer service. I want to file complaint. The company come the phone number and I start talk to the David Part and Harvey Win they said can help me recover the funds. After that they ask $10K to transfer fee from on-chain to CoinMarketCap. After that I ask other to open the wallet for transfer the money to the bank $2K. When I pay the amount ask when you transferred the funds back to the account, and they told me I need to pay for the fee 5% for the total , but I said I don’t have money, and they keep put me need to do today. They send me the email promise four hour. The money will go back to the account, but I need to put the fee first. So I transfer to the persons request account Cash-app. $5500, after 4 hours I did not receive the money and they answered my phone. This is scam and fraud. CoinMarketCap is fake company. I don’t understand Google loud they put at the computer.

I was told to invest 50$ to get started by a friend. Then it grew a little bit then was asked for 250$ to withdraw my money. I only gave 225$ so they ask for another 200$. I’m still waiting for my withdrawal into my account. I think I’m never getting it. I think now I was scammed. I’m out 475$ which I really don’t have with all my bills and medical bills I have from a surgery I needed.
Since I can’t get my money now without a fee of 600$ to they say to activate my PayPal account. How is this possible? I think they are scamming me out of more money. They want that money In Apple Card’s. I’m not doing this. Or to deposit the money into a checking account of someone I don’t know ? Please someone tell me this is for sure a scam. Which I think it is ?
Very useful for my personal needs. I track many cryptos, so I create my watchlists for my preferences. The UI has a clear structure and i really appreciate that unverified market caps are marked with a warning triangle.
What I really dislike is the social media section. It is full of fluff, bots and wannabe experts. But you can simply ignore it.
My btc investor sent the money to this company to send the money to my account around July 2025. They asked some extra money for this and that but I've never got the money back. In mid-January 2026 the money was sent back to the company that sent it (fortunately also with the extra money I had paid) without returning me even a minimum amount of money, as expected. 6 months have passed and I'm at the initial point. They didn't take care of the customer and responded to requests a few times. I can't say that Coinmarketcap is a serious and responsible company. Now the money is back to the investor, thanks God.
I have come to believe that they manipulate messages. I posted three messages with difficulty (they periodically delete messages), and then they did not allow me to post (they do not like the truth).
The posts of creators in coinmarketcap are full of paid posts .They act like professionals and giving out fake scenarios . I'm in crypto for more than 5 years. Finally I understood crypto risk cannot be decreased by experience .Crypto trading is full of pure gamble .Now I completely stopped trading. Find a way in your life to learn a skill you love and you will get results in compounding over time!.
This app is built for looking charts and comments of fraudsters and scammers and few people that are scamed and are still angry at losing money in crypto.
