This platform is a fraudulent platform.They continue to remove trading pairs youvare invested in when volatility takes place.Your monetary balance remains and it shies you still hold thr crypto but you cannot ,buy,sell,trade etc.When questioned they say its due to maintenance, They tell you to be patient and yiyr money is secure and then when the volatility is over,it's added back.They are costing me THOUSANDS daily in trades I could be making!!They keep doing this specifically with XRPH.This time its going on over a month and still have not returned it for trade. They also give ZERO notice of this action before they do it.You just go to trade,buy ir sell one day and its gone..I left this comment on the Coinstore YouTube video as well.If any lawyers are interested,please contact me there.Im sick of scumbags like this being in crypto!!!
They are scumbags that continue to remove certain trading pairs during price volatility so you cannot trade, and then put them back on platform after volatility lightens.Ive called them out many times and the response is, we are doing maintenance and some trading pairs aren't available..I CALL BS!!Yet,if you own the trading pair removed it cancels all buy or sell orders (WITHOUT) your permission. It will still show you the value in dollars with the crypto name attached to it in your assets but it's not on the platform to trade!!I really wish the SEC or someone would look into this corrupt and crooked platform.As far as I'm concerned THAT IS MANIPULATION,SUPRESSION and illegal.All you can do is look at your money,you cannot sell, buy cash out,nothing!!!Needs to be a class action suit brought against them for this!!!When you call them out, they send a message saying your money is safe no need to worry but we can't say when maintenance will be done and the trading pair restored to the platform.This time its going on 2 weeks and XRPH is STILL (NOT) back on the platform.They are costing me thousands in trades,daily. If ANY crypto attorney is interested or anyone willing to pursue legalities, hit me up..This is not the first time,but I did save emails this time from them and pictures of my balance etc in case the really want to play games. Do NOT use this platform,they are as crooked as Robbinhood!!!

After filing a complaint with Coinstore, receiving harrassing and invasive privacy breaching demands, and endless runarounds I filed a complaint with the monetary authority of Singapore or MAS...but MAS cant do anything because Coinstore was intentionally setup as a Private Exempt Company called Vortexia PTE Ltd. and operates in a gray area outside of any Singapore entity that requires transparency or enforeces regulations! I've also had hire a lawyer to go after my funds and send a Demand Letter-they soundly ignored him. This Chinese owned and run trash company remains dubious and silent in an attempt to sequester customer funds or hold them hostage indefinitely in the hope customers walk away from them or for their use in what I have discovered may very well be to profit form their use in trading. While the users account may say XXXX balance the reality might be quite different. This is another tactic employed by this organization to steal customer funds or to withhold them for profit.
The Compliance department of Coinstore is a part of an organized criminal element used to gain privacy breaching information from users, to withhold Customer funds, while these funds are then utilized in activities for the profit of individuals or other to profit.

A weeklong Nightmare into Coinstore's Abyss of Service
What was supposed to be a simple kyc or Advanced kyc to reset my Google Authenticator from switching to a Google pixel 9 from iPhone became a week long odessey and nightmare by Coinstore Support, and rank and file management. 50 to 60 tickets, endless runarounds, harassment, privacy invading questions, requests for screenshots and demands for letters from employer, an eight-stage email for which they said would solve the issue... only to turn around and send me another four stage email for details on my payroll transaction. The list goes on. Do not List. Do not Trade. Do not...do not... Do not... use this CeX.

I've read some of the reviews of coinstore and the 100% Scam review was identical to what I've experienced on coinlore platform. Same scenerio with the woman and her uncle. I'm also thinking that this is a parallel site by the same players. I think this site is an imposter to coinlore dot com... like to hear from anyone on this weldnfool4 at yahoo

Coinstore looks like a miniscule FTX like operation, with obvious signs such as their poor customer support, suspicious withdrawal policies, negative user reviews, unclear fee structure, dubious promotional tactics, and unverified trading volume.
I hope they will get caught soon, before they make more victims.

This is 100% scam A young lady entices you and after some time she gets your trust then suggest how she makes so much money from this club. She says her uncle has insider knowledge about when to trade and because of this you never lose. I appears like you are making money and this woman shows you how to withdraw funds. They let you take out small amounts of money and also convince you that the more you have in there the more money you can make. This woman will try and drain you of all money you have and even try and get you to mortgage your house then when you have no more to put it when you try and withdraw they tell you that you can’t until you deposit a lot more money into the account. This is certainly a money laundering business Don’t go any where near it
I tryed to buy a coin it was listed on 0.00001 and I made a limit order when it was 0.00002 so when the prize became 0.00001 my order was not filed and now when it list 0.00001 and I do buy at market it shows buy at 0.00002 so big scam site avoid this scammers at all times

This company refused to provide any company details when asked. Because NAME OF THE COMPANY is nowhere to be found, I simply opened a ticket and asked for company name and country, and address. They refused and told me they cannot reveal who they are. It means, you are dealing with unknown entity from unknown country. If something goes wrong, for example they don't credit your deposit or won't process your withdrawal, you have absolutely no protection, not even a courts or police can help you, because you don't even know from what country they operate!
