Have had to file Complaint w MAS & Hire Lawyer
After filing a complaint with Coinstore, receiving harrassing and invasive privacy breaching demands, and endless runarounds I filed a complaint with the monetary authority of Singapore or MAS...but MAS cant do anything because Coinstore was intentionally setup as a Private Exempt Company called Vortexia PTE Ltd. and operates in a gray area outside of any Singapore entity that requires transparency or enforeces regulations! I've also had hire a lawyer to go after my funds and send a Demand Letter-they soundly ignored him. This Chinese owned and run trash company remains dubious and silent in an attempt to sequester customer funds or hold them hostage indefinitely in the hope customers walk away from them or for their use in what I have discovered may very well be to profit form their use in trading. While the users account may say XXXX balance the reality might be quite different. This is another tactic employed by this organization to steal customer funds or to withhold them for profit. The Compliance department of Coinstore is a part of an organized criminal element used to gain privacy breaching information from users, to withhold Customer funds, while these funds are then utilized in activities for the profit of individuals or other to profit.
