I clearly ordered a cushion cover from here with MY NAME and then the verse which was ONE MORE CHAPTER - it's for book lovers, I was unable to print out the order form which clearly showed this but low and behold they have changed to the verse - that explains why I was unable to print a copy. I sent them a copy of my paypal account that clearly showed the correct verse I ordered but they will not take this as I cannot show them the order form - well of course I can't they have changed it. I am now left l with a cushion cover I cannot use and do not want. almost £25 pounds I wasted
