They use AI to ignore your emails and never give you the correct shipping information. Do not purchase from this company, I never got my package delivered and cannot get ahold of a real human being, overcharges for shirts, taxes, and shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.
WARNING: SCAM. Absolute garbage service. They use chatgpt to respond to your requests so you don't ever even talk to a real person. I ordered a sweatshirt back in December of last year. I never received the sweatshirt despite the tracking number saying it was delivered. They also have me the wrong tracking number to begin with. Don't waste your hard earned money on these con artist.
I bought this expecting it to be a normal hoodie. It was garbage. And I paid nearly $80 canadian for it. They refused to refund me.
Placed an order in October and never received it. Contacted customer support. They said they would send a new one. Nothing has been sent to date.
Really really poor quality digital printing on the cheapest fabric imaginable. The garment is thrown together and smells bad! The "company" will not honor their stated return policy.
