NEVER order from Commonlye. The dress I ordered took forever to get here too late for my holiday. When I got it it was t as in photo REALLY Awful material dress far too short and not as in photo. Trying to return and they kept avoiding my question of how to return now saying no return and no refund. DO NOT ORDER from this AWFUL company. If I could give it a minus star it would be minus 50. AWFUL CUSTOMER AFTERCARE

Ordered dress was told I could not return for refund as they believe their sizing is correct! after complaining was offered just £2 to resolve paid declined trying to escalate for full refund and return beware customer service is not helpful nor is return process.
Ordered sealant mastic filler
Ordered sealant mastic filler. On ad it looks like a good size block, but when arrived its just a flat 3" by 1.5" pkt. You dont get a lot for your money, certainly not worth the £15 i paid. If its a big job you will need lots of it! I havent tried the product yet so cannot comment on that, but definitely dont think worth what you pay.

Do not trust this company, made an order, they sent me a tracking number which said it was coming from USA, as it didn't arrive got in touch with them and they sent another tracking number this time coming from China, it still didn't arrive so got in touch again and was asked to send more money so they could resend my order, refused and asked for a refund, still waiting... I ordered 1st of may 2023
