We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. While we did discuss before your order that some items were on backorder, the manufacturer unfortunately pushed the dates further than expected. We understand how frustrating this was and regret the inconvenience it caused. The lighting industry does face unexpected delays at times, but we know that doesn’t make it easier when you’re waiting on a project.
