Absolute Scam—They Shipped My Order to the Wrong Address and Refused to Refund Me!
Title: Absolute scam—Sent package to a completely different address and refused a refund!Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased grass seed from them on May 24, 2026. After waiting over a month with no delivery, I contacted them on June 30. Since July 14, I have been emailing them every single day because they provided fraudulent tracking numbers. The United States Postal Service (USPS) verified that the tracking number they gave me was delivered to a completely different address, not mine. Despite clear proof from USPS that I never received my order, customer service has spent weeks going back and forth refusing to issue a refund. This is the worst company and worst customer service I have ever dealt with.As a major heads up to anyone else: they advertise five bags of grass seed, but the entire shipment only weighs 64 ounces (4 pounds total). Total rip-off. Do not buy from them! I only gave them a one because I had to
I never received my order was unable to speak to any customer service except my email and they kept sending me the same email over and over and over gave me a tracking number that our postal Service even said wasn’t their tracking number. Very hard company to deal with save your money.
After my order was placed, there was constant information on the status. My only complaint is that they show huge amounts of seed and the actual package is smaller than my hand. Im not sure how this creates a full lawn.
Worst company in the world to deal with . Lies , lies , lies. Never received my order. After a month of e- mails the sent tracking #’s saying was in Netherlands, China and US customs. Never received and will not refund my money. STAY AWAY
