Stay away

Stay away. Ordered item on 7/23/26. It is now 8/31/26 and still don't have item. It shouldn't take that long to get anything if you even get it at all. SCAM.

Scam Site

I placed an order for a $50 item and received a cheap knock-off version. I attempted to initiate a return but was told that it didn't qualify because "the warehouse confirmed it was the right item". I provided them with picture evidence of what I received versus what they advertised. They offered me $4 for my satisfaction. Scam site, won't honor their own return policy.

This company is scam!

The company is scam and sells counterfeit products. Fighting to get my money back now. I don't know how they haven't been shut down.

Product was of poor quality and not as advertised at all.Not one crystal and definitely not a scrying mirror. It's a piece of garbage especially for the price. Very disappointed.

“I purchased this item believing it was…

“I purchased this item believing it was a genuine black obsidian scrying mirror. What I received does not appear to be obsidian or a mirror at all. It’s a flat, opaque black surface that doesn’t reflect anything. The craftsmanship of the stand is fine, but the main component is not as described. For the price, this feels seriously misrepresented. I’m requesting a refund and would urge others to be cautious.

This is a scam "company".

I have ordered their onyx black scrying mirror, ornate with crystals, advertised on Facebook, back in May. Promptly, I received a shipping and tracking notification. After a month passing without result, I inquired, just to receive an entirely different tracking number, coming from another continent than the original package - shipped only days ago. Not only they refused to admit that they sent me a fake tracking number to cover up that they didn't send me anything for well over a month, they harassed me privately to withdraw the complaint I made through Paypal. When the item did arrive, it was nothing like advertised, which was a handmade onyx mirror with crystals - instead I got some plastic junk with no crystals, not even a mirror, botched paint job on the places where crystals were supposed to be. No mirror not even a film on it to mimic or even remotely resemble the advertisement for being a - black mirror. Just an empty plastic spot on its place. Appalling "company" (most likely ran from someone's basement) - stay away.

False advertising

The item is fine, except it's not made of wood, as they prominently advertised...but made of plastic However, when I told them this, they very kindly refunded me $3.00 as a gesture of good will. I want to make clear, however, that my complaint is not about the quality of the item, it's about their false advertising...and I sincerely hope they correct all future ads.
