Charges an extra $15 for purchase

I purchased a Mrs Claus bakery which is a miniature house and placed the order for $39.95. By the time I got the bill it was $48 so shipping was about 10 and then suddenly my PayPal account shows $65. I reached out told them I wanted to cancel the order immediately and they told me it was too late. I filed a claim with PayPal asking for the order to be cancelled as it was instant that my money was gone. I got back the overcharge of $14 and now tracking shows it's out of Norway. there's three different business names from Conclusion to PAYPAL *GRACEWASHOP and on PayPal site shows Shue Hon limited company. So now wondering if it is a legit company and whether I will receive the order. This was purchased through a FB ad.

SCAM

SCAM! Do not process a payment through their website. Ordered an it 2 weeks ago, never arrived. No delivery date given. Received a tracking number which gives no information as to where my order is. The tracking number is not from a courier service, it's just a fake number withade up order status.

Ordered from this company and waited, and waited, and waited. Tracking number showed as 'in transit' for 6 weeks now. No response to inquiries. Suggest you shop elsewhere.
