Don't order from this company as they're not who they say they are and certainly aren't the small business from USA they claim to be as once you've paid the receipt is from a Chinese company. Ordered on September 8th, parcel eventually received but 2 were appalling quality so asked for replacements & I'm still waiting!!

Well what can we say , nothing received as per the norm, if you are stuck with no response go to your bank and raise a payment refund and it should get done ! Nightmare!! Do not order
Ordered something in July , lots of emails originally about the order status , apparently it was coming from the US, which wasnt mentioned when i placed the order but explains why the delivery added lots to the bill. I still haven't received the goods and its October. . Have emailed several times asking for a refund. They ignore this request, keep sending me tracking info instead. Weirdly the latest info now says it was sent from China ? And it has now been delivered to a safe place ? Where is this safe place ,because its not where I live . Today I have been told to wait patiently"for the system to update ! Yes a scam
Order came to £22.38 and £27.74 got taken out of my account. Emailed for help and said needs resolving by end of day and they couldn't do that would take 3 business days, if I was overcharged I'll be refunded. Do not trust them.
