If there was an option for zero stars and an award for the worst customer service and returns, this company would have it. Basically this company do not hold stock, they drop ship it from other websites which is why it is so difficult to return anything. Your statutory rights are affected when ordering from this company and I can only surmise that good reviews are likely fake. You cannot return the shoddy goods which are often misrepresented and will need to raise dispute with your credit card to get any resolution. Save your money and shop somewhere else. This is a substandard business running out of an address in Hounslow.

Long time to wait for order
Hat arrived 20 days after ordering so if you’re in a hurry best to avoid this site. It’s made of paper which I wasn’t aware of so watch you don’t get caught in a shower whilst wearing it! The bow round the hat seems to be made of a hessian type material so think it’s been quite cheap to make and probably not worth the £16 that I paid for it. Wouldn’t buy again.

Even though it states 05 on the box and the liner itself, they state the right order was sent 🙄 but they will contact the Dept to make sure they do better next time !!!!???? 🤔🤷
