Ordered in January 2021 and still have not received my products from now. I even paid extra to ensure the delivery would be in early Feb. Tried numerous emails and calls but no response to date. Please do not buy from this scam website.
Scam website. Ordered in 2018, told me 12 weeks to arrive but have receive nothing until now. Tried to email them, call them, text them, NOTHING was working. Don’t ever buy from them
They replied promptly to all my enquiries before purchase, but once I placed an order with them, they became uncontactable. Waited 3 weeks, my lens were still not shipped and no response from them even after sending them several emails over the weeks.. The contact numbers provided on their website were invalid as well. Fortunately for me, I made my payment via Paypal hence was able to open a dispute and get a full refund from Paypal.
Delivery was very late. Been emailing and calling for days to get a refund, but they simply ignore me. Still waiting for Carrie to reply.
I had been wanting to buy from them due to the price too good to be true, almost half price compare to retail. When I emailed them they did reply me but if it is at Singapore how come the reply time is 3am or 4am I felt something fishy and went to order from other channel instead. I not sure if the company still exist. But to be safe, better double check before ordering. If not, it might take forever to reach your items.
Worst place to buy lens from. My package was send out since 1st July from KL and haven’t even leave KL to Australia. And today is the 8th August. Tried to ask them for help but didn’t not get any reply after telling them that the item is still stuck in Malaysia and I Even send them so many emails for help. What a lousy company. Take SGD but things ship from Malaysia.
I used to love shopping from this website. But when one order went wrong, they told me to make a fresh order and that they'd refund me the previous one. So in good faith I went ahead and did it. More than a year later and NUMEROUS emails throughout the year and I've not gotten a single reply or my refund. What was once my favourite place to shop due to favourable prices now is somewhere I cannot go back to as I can no longer trust their services
