Untrustworthy
I used to love shopping from this website. But when one order went wrong, they told me to make a fresh order and that they'd refund me the previous one. So in good faith I went ahead and did it. More than a year later and NUMEROUS emails throughout the year and I've not gotten a single reply or my refund. What was once my favourite place to shop due to favourable prices now is somewhere I cannot go back to as I can no longer trust their services
