Great customer service

I needed the coolmuster product last so I bought it. I didn't realize it was set up as a recurring yearly charge. When I learned that I inadvertently renewed the product, I contacted coolmuster to ask if they could cancel my order. Annie took charge and emailed me that she had canceled the order. It is so nice to be able to communicate with a knowledgeable customer service representative theses days! Thank you, Annie.

Great support personnel

The programs were very intuitive and quite easy to install. I contacted support for a question and Sean was quite helpful and very responsive!

A good program to have!

I could not figure out how to copy my texts on my prepaid Samsung phone. This program made it easy, and they promptly answered all my questions.

I really enjoy this software it has been a big help

I really enjoy this software it has been a big help in recovering messages and photos that I thought I had lost. It also helped me find calls that I thought were no longer on my phone. It was a help in a court case as I needed some of these things in order to prove my case. Thank you for the help

The product was a great idea but...

The product was a great idea but unfortunately it did not work for me. Worked with support and they were not able to help me but a full refund was issued so that tells a lot about the company. Appreciate it.

Samsung Galaxy A01 support confirmed by Coolmuster Android Assistant Software.

Thanks to the excellent support received by Annie at Coolmuster I was able to connect my Samsung Galaxy A01 Smartphone to the Coolmuster Android Assistant. Android Assistant is specially useful for backing up your phone to PC or to transfer data from an "old" smartphone to a new one. I highly recommend Coolmuster Android Assistant. Randolph E.S. I am writing this as the Coolmuster app…

I am writing this as the Coolmuster app is copying info from my old 3G phone to my new 5G android no-name phone. It appears to be working very well, copying everything like call logs, text messages, and apps, so I am very happy with that. On the downside, it cost me almost half of what I paid for the new phone and it is taking longer than an install of Windows to do the copy! I mean hours of waiting and waiting and waiting for it to work. I'll write a second review when it finally finishes, hopefully tonight.

What an amazing support staff...First Rate

At first I struggled with getting the software to function as I thought it should. Finally reached out for help via customer service. I have never experienced such dedication and patience from any other support staff. We corresponded through e-mails to set me straight. The response times were so quick I wasn't left hanging much more than half a day. I was thoroughly impressed.

Coolmuster Android Assistant

I purchased the Coolmuster Android Assistant software and hot an error in recognizing my phone. After several futile attempts, I sent an email to their customer service. I got a response back VERY shortly with explicit steps to fix the problem. That worked beautifully. and the program worked seamlessly as advertised. I would strongly recommend the program and their support staff.
