This site is scam!i ordered and paid the item that advertised in t.v.,social media and tube ( no wifi.no wiring needed 4G -remote inteligent camera)after 2weeks of waiting i recieved the item different to their ads.it made in China and its ordinary camera that needs wifi.i told them that i will send it back and give where should i address just change the item which in their ads.they reply and offer refund 20% of my payment and keep the camera.I refused and ask for full refund of my payment and i will send it back the item to them.until now no reply from this site.

Purchased lewaiially glasses the were nothing like advert description the were poor quality plastic with thick plastic lenses - the Near and Far sections of the lenses extremely noticeable - Vision through both the Near and Far sections of the lens blurred - in fact if you removed the glasses and looked through the glasses from the front they were a better image - I can read a newspaper without glasses and can clearly read the fine numbers on the crossword where the answers go - with the glasses on I can't clearly read the Clues - Also the Rapid Tint advertised does not exist I left them out in the sun for an hour and and nothing changed I have tried to get a refund as promised in the advert but get no response - I am also disappointed at the media that advertise this sham product
Bought from couameder a cast iron 24cm wok which claimed its Tsubarne-sanjo masterpiece - hand hammered Japanese wok. After first use to stir fry Vegies with wooden ladle on washing with soft sponge noticed a peeled small area in the middle of wok. Reason I bought wok is to avoid any coating in my cooking pots but it seems like there is a coating in the wok. Yes it’s a scam I could buy similar item in temu for $30!

I received shoes in the allocated time. These shoes are advertised as hand made in Kobe Japan by a japanese artisan. The shoes come from China with NO markings not even a size. They are ok but not thequality of hand made or Japan.

Having waited weeks for my "0 calories pies", they arrived today. I ordered 2 large capacity boxes which amounted to 8 bite size so called pies, seriously they are the size of a postage stamp (no wonder they're zero calories). Never again, a lesson learned..
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the calorie cake as all their reviews are bad. I have just sent them an email telling them that my order which was to be delivered in 12 - 15 days still hasn't arrived after 19 days. So will see if I get a reply or a delivery. They have been advertising for a few months on U Tube. Surprised that U_tube hasn't pulled the ad.
Absolute scam! I bought 2 “large capacity” boxes of biscuits, they call them pies. I paid £31.29.Apart from the fact I didn’t receive the flavour I ordered, I received 8 biscuits in total. 2 small bags with 4 biscuits each in. The biscuits are about 1x1.5 inches each. I have asked for a refund and they have offered me 20, 30,40and 50% refund or a choice of something from their website. Do not touch this company with a barge pole
The fig and walnut 0 percent cookies were described as coming in a large value pack!! I bought 4 large value packs and today when the tiny box arrived I had to laugh! 4 bite size cookies per packet!! It quite disgusting how this company is allowed to continue ripping people off!!!

Very poor quality shoes, wanted to return as pairs do not match at back and seem to be unusual sizing. Emailed the very next day and a little later, no response at all. The box was very battered on arrival, they say packaging must be intact for return, but since it is obviously a scam they have no intention of refunding any money. Have hung on to see if a reply may come, but it is now 2 months since despatch.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes they said handmade in Kobe. Got email confirmation very quickly n notification of shipping. Everything as usual till this point.
Item arrived with torn shoe boxes smashed inside a too small bag.
Shoes were much larger than the normal shoe size compared to other retailers.
No marking of made nor material at all on the shoes. Should I trust Kobe handmade ?
I immediately emailed to ask for a refund which the site declared refund available….
