What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently expressed deep frustration regarding products that looked drastically smaller or completely different from the original advertisements, showing terrible overall quality. Buyers also stated spending significant amounts of money on items that ultimately felt like cheap, obsolete junk rather than the functional goods they expected to receive. Though some customers noted their orders eventually arrived, the delivered merchandise failed to match any reasonable standard of utility. People additionally pointed out severe issues with missing tracking details, incorrect shipping notifications, and a frustrating lack of proper communication from the support team.

What people say

Pissed off person that got scammed from china.

They are a scam company. They advertise 50baked fish for 42$ I received a bag of 10little minnow fish. Also, was shipped from a ghost address. This scam company was advertising on you-tube. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb. Stay away please!!!!!! Scam co. From china.

They should get a zero star rating

They should get a zero star rating. I know the advertised product was Ai generated but still went a head and purchase some crispy fish. Luckily I did so through PayPal. They never sent tracking details as promised within 24 hours. When I tried contacting them, their message through WhatsApp was Ai generated and automated. I was able to get my money back since I contacted PayPal directly and upload the save messages I sent them through email and text. These are scammers and if I had used my own debit/credit card I would not have received my full refund. They were only offering back 30 percent refund through a bot.PLEASE DONT GET SCAM BY THESE SCAMMERS!

Beware! It is a scam !

Beware! This is a total scam! I saw an add for a cherry tree and decided to buy. However never received the tree. Their customer service WhatsApp number is located in Nigeria and every time when you contact they will either not respond or lie saying it is on the way. Never provided with any tracking number.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS FROM CHINA !

This item was sent 3 weeks ago "allegedly".. Then I got a email with the tracking number. I went to the USPS site and entered the tracking number... I got a message back from USPS.. said " Because this package was usING COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE, there is NO available information or tracking for this number.... It also mentioned because the fake postage the package wouldnt be delivered either and would be destroyed...... Aftre I contacted this company, they gave me the run around, were sorry, trust us, etc. I told them I wanted a REFUND, as I was unhappy the way this was progressing.....Then yesterday evening i get a message saying they were trying to get another item to me and they needed my address... I told her I requested a refund...Now just 3 hours later...I get an email telling me the package has already shipped and that I couldnt get a refund because they sent it... 3 HOURS AGO THEY NEEDED MY ADDDRESS...NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY SHIPPED IT TO ME AND ITS ON THE WAY????? These are scammers based in CHINA.. My bank's gonna return my $$$$.. but beware they have a lot of websites set up, all to sell these same items, word for word terms and all seem to eminate from a " online-vip.com" email address when something goes wrong....BUYER BEWARE... SAVE YOUR $$$$$$

False Advertisement Runs Away Potential Sales and Curious Buyers

Although I am not a paying customer for this product, I'd like to include my reasons behind why this company is not to be trusted. As I was taking in my daily hours for viewing TV I actually came across one of the commercials for the product. While I have seen them briefly through scrolling social media, this was my first time actually viewing the content. Is it not illegal to use false advertisement in America when soliciting sales in the health, beauty, and cosmetics field? The first tip off, is the AI generated "actors". 2nd the process of going from roots to ends using a hot comb and steam. Third there is nothing that would revert 4a-c hair to such a silky texture with a comb dragging through the strands of hair like that. This product is being introduced to buyers on complete false pretense. Had I been an interested customer, the marketing alone would have made me rethink moving forward with this business. If you are advertising hair products that indeed do work efficiently, you should be able to broadcast it being successfully used on organic human beings. Since this is your goal audience.

I placed 2 orders there at the same…

I placed 2 orders there at the same time, both products sent to me were obsolete junk that they probably picked up from a disposal site and resold as modern quality products. $80 with of near useless mobile cameras, and $70 for a "satellite router" that they shipped an old cellular router instead (wrong product). My first contact to customer service resulted in a non-delivery notification that my message could not be sent because the customer service mailbox was "full". I tried a different address mentioned and did receive a reply (from yet a different domain), in German, offering tech support for the wrong product, as if I didn't understand how to use it (the wrong product). I replied back in German and English that it was the wrong product. They then offered 20% refund (they keep 80% of what I paid for the wrong product?), then 30%, then any other product, then 50% refund. The product I received was worth maybe $5 to someone who could use it, I could not, so anything less than about 90% refund would likely still be profitable to them, and anything less than 100% refund is a loss for me. Their website documents a full, fast refund policy, and it has now been 16 days and a dozen message back and forth. At no time do they want the wrong item sent back, of course, because it is effectively worthless junk and they'd need to pay shipping. As far as I can tell, this is intentional fraud of listing one item and shipping something completely different, worth far, far less.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They processed the payment under the company JINSHI DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY. Nothing was shipped and the website is now unavailable and the emails are returned saying Inbox is full. Fortunately I used a 3rd party payment processor so they never received my credit card details. I have also opened a dispute. I found out about the company through an Ad on YouTube. YouTube needs to have a better screening process and verify history of a company so no new companies can just launch fake products.

False Advertising

Big Fraud/Scam. Do not purchase from them. They show a very nice commercial making convincing promises. I paid for and expected two cherry seedlings ready to plant. What I got was two dry sticks with roots in a folded piece of cardboard, no directions, nothing else. Came from Morten, 811 Decatur St, Brooklyn NY 11223. Only wish this platform allowed me to upload the picture of what I received. Scam, Scan, Scam.

Don't Buy Seeds or Anything from Couameder

The website was selling cherry seeds, they charged close to 46.00, emailed me a confirmation, and sent me a followup with shipment tracking via USPS. I tried to track the order and the tracking number cannot be found. I tried to email the company and their inbox is full and could not take the inquiry. This company smells like a big old scam and I would avoid purchasing from them at this point. If by some stroke of luck I receive the product, I will retract my statement, but due to the current evidence, they are a big scam

Fraudulent substitution of orders: Bait-and-switch of products

They advertise one (good, underpriced) product then ship you something much worse (poor, overpriced). I ordered a "Smart Satellite Router" for the internet, very clear, and received a mobile/LTS/SIM wifi router. Not only the wrong product, but even if it was the correct product, it was a model that was known to have unrepairable issues, effectively garbage that they probably bought up all the old stock for and sold it not just as fully-working but as a completely (and obviously) different product.

Scam

Scam, scam scam. Their non Wi-Fi cameras would fit into an egg cup and are not non Wi-Fi. Trying to give me a 20% refund now! What conmen theses people are. Where is the policing for these Chinese scammersThere is no online policing whatsoever. It’s pathetic what couameder are getting away with. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS. POLICE…DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FRAUDSTER COMPANY.

This is a scammer.

This is a scammer. I ordered One bag / 150 fish】Ready-to-eat crispy and delicious dried yellow croaker ❤ non-fried, low-calorie. It cost me $59.00 Canadian. It arrived in 18 days with a small fish chip bag. I checked it comes from China; the value is about $20.
