I placed 2 orders there at the same time, both products sent to me were obsolete junk that they probably picked up from a disposal site and resold as modern quality products. $80 with of near useless mobile cameras, and $70 for a "satellite router" that they shipped an old cellular router instead (wrong product). My first contact to customer service resulted in a non-delivery notification that my message could not be sent because the customer service mailbox was "full". I tried a different address mentioned and did receive a reply (from yet a different domain), in German, offering tech support for the wrong product, as if I didn't understand how to use it (the wrong product). I replied back in German and English that it was the wrong product. They then offered 20% refund (they keep 80% of what I paid for the wrong product?), then 30%, then any other product, then 50% refund. The product I received was worth maybe $5 to someone who could use it, I could not, so anything less than about 90% refund would likely still be profitable to them, and anything less than 100% refund is a loss for me. Their website documents a full, fast refund policy, and it has now been 16 days and a dozen message back and forth. At no time do they want the wrong item sent back, of course, because it is effectively worthless junk and they'd need to pay shipping. As far as I can tell, this is intentional fraud of listing one item and shipping something completely different, worth far, far less.

Fraudulent substitution of orders: Bait-and-switch of products

They advertise one (good, underpriced) product then ship you something much worse (poor, overpriced). I ordered a "Smart Satellite Router" for the internet, very clear, and received a mobile/LTS/SIM wifi router. Not only the wrong product, but even if it was the correct product, it was a model that was known to have unrepairable issues, effectively garbage that they probably bought up all the old stock for and sold it not just as fully-working but as a completely (and obviously) different product.
