According to our records, the subscription was successfully renewed on November 16, 2025 as part of the standard auto-renewal process. We do not see any cancellation attempts before that date, nor any requests to our support team asking for help with canceling the subscription. An email notification about the upcoming renewal was sent on November 8, 2025, two weeks in advance, as part of our regular system notifications. You contacted our support team on January 8, 2026, almost two months after the renewal was completed, requesting a refund. Unfortunately, as outlined in our policy, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or renewal, so we were unable to issue a refund at that time. The subscription was canceled immediately during your chat with our team to ensure no further charges occur. Auto-renewal is a common and standard practice for subscription-based services, and it can be canceled at any time directly from the account dashboard. If there had been any technical issues or failed cancellation attempts, we would have been happy to review them, but no such evidence was provided, and no related activity is visible on our side. We always aim to assist and clarify any concerns, and we regret that this situation led to a negative experience for you.
