The product was plastic not glass and the "full refund" if not satisfied, was an offer of $5 on a $21 order. Don't do it!! They are crooks.
The birds on branch arrived and the frame is broken in two places and branch is actually painted on the picture, not a real branch!! Wish I had read the reviews, I only gave one star as it wouldn’t let me give none.
UPDATE: Finally received item but it is a cheap piece of garbage that is nothing like what was advertised. No driftwood, no wire netting, no seaglass. Instead got cheap, ugly resin, cheap white net, and ugly plastic pieces. Never received item and the tracking number they sent was a fake. No response to my requests for refund. I finally reported them to my credit card company.

I ordered the birds on driftwood for a friends birthday / she received PLASTIC birds , poor quality cheap nasty frame . No sea glass ! Utter con . AVOID. I just got my order. It was meant to be a driftwood ship with sea glass decoration and lights. Instead of the material above, it is made of cheap plastic. In addition, the lights do not work. The whole product has an extremely low quality.
Do not order from this company. I purchased what I thought was going to be a 'sea glass' boat. What I actually received was a pile of utter rubbish. Seems impossible to download a returns form or email them.
Sea glass boat is total rubbish. No driftwood - just lump of plastic. No sea glass - just plastic pieces. AVOID! Wasted £40 never to be seen again

I paid €50 for a sea glass ship the money was taken from my bank account but did not get a confirmation email to say that I had purchased an item .I had no way of contacting them
I purchased an 8 bird model, supposedly sea glass and driftwood. It was a cheap frame with bits of something,seems more plastic than glass, and the driftwood was in fact ink. There advert is so misleading it should be reported to trading standards but I bet they don’t have one in China. All the guff about saving some woman’s company is an outright lie, this is just another Chinese company turning out rubbish as they know we won’t get our money back and they don’t care how many people complain. It would be great if Facebook showed some kind of diligence and stopped these companies from advertising on their site and I really wished I’d checked with Trustpilot before I purchased the item. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson. Avoid at all costs
Goods totally different from the way they are portrayed on the website...cheap and nasty ...arrived with a broken frame...avoid..waste of money!
This company can improve by ceasing trading!! They send you a cheap nasty product that barely resembles what you ordered, packaged so badly it arrives broken in bits. When you ask to return for full refund they say THEY paid for it and postage and offer you 5 dollars. Do not buy from them, they are liars and cheats.
So disappinted. Size was so small. Not as described. Was hopping to receive seaglass birds on drift wood. No drift wood. No information card. Will have to pay to return to China. Was going to be a present. Should have bought from Amazon as they can be relied on. Advert looked like a friendly family business. Certainly not foriegn.
This company could improve buy not selling their goods at all. Very poor quality of goods to the point of it being ripped off to a very large degree. Their prices denote quality and almost somewhat craftsmanship. How very disappointing to say the least. And to add to the insult of the above , very poor communication and it took many weeks to deliver. My bad in the way of naivety.
