There is not a no stars to give otherwise I would have done. I have been ripped off. Absolutely appalling. I suspect identity theft too. Tracey Lawson doesn't seem to exist if you research fully. I wonder who the older lady in the images really is. The description of the process and products is utter rubbish. The products are plastic with a bit of thread thrown in, literally. I ended up making my, 'sea glass tree', myself and it wouldn't hold together. It really is money for old rope! How these people get away with this is unbelievable. I pestered for a refund, sending many emails. Eventually I received a very small payment, I think because they realized I wasn't going to give up, and it was suggested that, if I didn't like it, I could give it as a gift! Seems criminal to me.
I so wish I had read the reviews on here before making my purchase. Firstly, I was mislead about who i was buying from (it showed a little old lady closing down her business) and when my products eventually arrived I realised they were from China. Sea glass and driftwood were very poor and not looking like the picture I ordered. One of my items required a battery which was not included and now I can see is not a recognised size in this country so it does not work. I tried to obtain a refund to no avail. They offered a partial refund which was really unacceptable but I realised why they don’t do PayPal as there was no hope of getting my money back. Will never shop here again.
Do not buy from this company. As many others have said, I bought a boat that instead of driftwood was acrylic, sea glass was plastic bits, and the netting was all frayed. This was a present for Christmas, that instead went in the bin. Why does Facebook allow these scamming websites. Although the website is now not available, so perhaps they have gone under!
I recently received my sailboat w/ sea glass order after 3 months DAMAGED from CHINA and requested a refund multiple x and they keep emailing back that they want to send a replacement. I told them 5x I want a refund and they now do not respond !! The sailboat is ceramic and the sea glass is plastic CRAP! Why does FB allow thee scammers to advertise on their site and rip everyone off!!! Pissed off customer!!!
I spent £41 on a sea glass yacht. The postage was £3:99. When it arrived it was cheap, plastic rubbish, NOT DRIFTWOOD at all. It came from CHINA and NOT the USA as u was led to believe in the website. I wanted my money back as it was not as described and not fit for purpose I paid £19 in postage to send it back. I have not received a penny of a refund. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS SITE
I thought I was quite a savvy shopper until I got taken in by this lot. Ordered a sea glass birds on a branch on the basis of the Facebook page description. What arrived was of shocking quality and nothing like the hand made article suggested by the ad. I emailed for a full refund and was offered a derisory 5 dollars. As with other reviewers I was then informed I had to return the item to China at my cost (£13) to get a full refund. When I asked them to collect at their cost quoting UK distance selling regs their emails abruptly stopped. Eventually I complained to Visa via my bank and got a temporary refund while they contacted Cuickgoods's bank. This was made a permanent full refund after a couple of days. Moral of the story is they can't sell anything without Visa handling the payment so complain via your bank. Good luck all.

What an absolute disgrace this company is, they are blatantly scamming people by selling total garbage and then saying you have to return it to China for a refund at your own expense. I am sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I fell for this con, this is another scam on Facebook who should be ashamed of allowing advertising for these scammers. I am so angry at losing this money, it would have been better off at a charity. Avoid this company like the plague.
If there was a ‘zero’ rating that’s what I would give this company. I ordered 2 seaglass ornaments, the snowflake and Christmas tree. Items look nothing what is pictured online. Much smaller, poor quality, cheap plastic material…looks

This really deserves 0 stars. Ordered items on 9/5 and it’s 11/5 and still haven’t received but their tracking which I’ve never seen before says delivered 10/27 but I never received anything. Have emailed and just want my 142$ back. They should be removed from selling anything looking at all these other reviews!! SCAM!!
If I could give zero stars then I would. Plastic base, not driftwood, plastic decorations not seaglass, lights that have no battery. Complete and utter garbage. I wold advise anyone thinking of dealing with these people NOT to do so!
Nothing went right, this is a total scam. The item pictured is made of seaglass and driftwood, what you get is moulded plastic and the boathull section is nothing more than coloured acrylic rubbish. All end threads just cut hanging free. This company should be banned....
No option for no stars which is what I’d want to put. Meant to be a frame with a poem and sea glass. Huge rip in box, which carried through to the frame, poem and ‘plastic’ (not glass) front. No bubblewrap or protective packaging. Waited weeks to receive it. Paid £23.49 and got an offer of €18 compensation. I replied saying only full refund would suffice and since then, no refund or any further communication. Absolutely shocking!
Absolutely gutted. Boat looks like some kind of piece of plastic/resin with grit. Cannot fit the sail, no fixtures. Waited weeks and finally came today. No way good enough to gift to anyone. Wasted over £60.00. OAP not happy. Cannot send back to China, cost p/p and too many rules to do it. 🥲

Ordered Driftwood boat with seaglass and lights. Seaglass is lumps of plastic, the Driftwood is cheap plastic and the lights came separately screwed up in a ball. This website is a complete con. The parts were nothing like what was advertised. Whenever I contacted the seller to see where my parcel was as it took over a month to get to me I heard nothing. To this day the company never replied to me. AVOID.
I’d give it no stars if that was possible. Ordered the seaglass birds on a branch. Got a naff picture with coloured bits of something (unlikely to be anything related to sea glass) glued onto a piece of white paper with the branch printed beneath them. Total con.
Goods nothing like in the pictures complete rubbish do not purchase from these people. Tried to return but as you probably guess from China cheap and nasty products falling to bits plainly put save your money .
