Do not buy stuff from this company

Do not buy stuff from this company. Its fake. I bought a discounted JBL Set. They provide track number as well. Took 2 weeks with tracking info (all fake) and finally mentioned delivered but no item was received. No customer reviews in the their website jjshop.com and no phone number to call as well. Only email address. Even the Review on the Webpage is fake. EXZELLENT★★★★★4,9/5 bei 40.000 Käufen

I wish i had read the reviews here first,i too fell victim to this scam shop i was sent a fake tracking number also was told my order was delivered,i contacted customs here in ireland and was informed that the tracking number was bogus,track17net also could not find the tracking number given to me,how can tiktok and other sites allow these scammers on their site,this scam shop jjjshop has to be stopped,anyone reading this please dont fall victim to this scam shop jjjshop,

Too Late jjjshop Ladder

Too Late Bought and paid for Ladder in July '26 Says it was delivered via the tracking app. Never delivered to me Replacement promised and same tracking number used as first alleged delivery. Never arrived and they agreed it was never sent! I requested a refund and am now waiting since 16th September for it to arrive A few days, then 7-10 business days. I'm waiting 13 business days and no refund!! Too good to be true .... They are not Spam....they are SCAM Liam

SCAM SHOP

I am almost certain this is a scam shop. I fell victim to the scam myself. They supposedly shipped the item, but it never arrived—even though they claim (via email, of course) that it did. Now, after two weeks, there is still no refund, and in all likelihood, there never will be. I’ll never forget just how naive I was.

Do not use this web site

Do not use this web site, it is a absolute scam. Ordered goods tracking shows as delivered no items received, contacted the support via email, advisor said they would escalate through the forwarding courier, tracking number shows as delivered but the tracking number is a US tracking number I am in the UK???. Contacted my card company to get a refund.

ABSOLUTE SCAM‼️

I ordered and in the order tracking platform it showed that the package has been delivered. No package has been delivered to me. I contacted them via email and they asked about my tracking number and order number so that they can see what happened (got to the wrong address or something). It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard of them. I contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back because I don’t see a package coming any time soon.

Warning: Order marked as delivered, never received, and support emails bounce back

I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious with JJJSHOP. I placed an order and received tracking information for shipment DZT9387522167US. On 10 August 2026, the tracking system suddenly showed the parcel as “delivered” in Silveira, Portugal, but I never received anything. I tried to contact JJJSHOP through the support email address provided on their website and in their order emails, support jjjshop.com, but my messages were returned as undeliverable. The mail server rejected the messages, meaning I currently have no effective way to contact the seller or request clarification. So, at this point: I paid for the product; I did not receive the product; The tracking says it was delivered, but no proof of delivery was provided; I cannot contact customer support because the emails are rejected. Based on my experience, this raises very serious concerns about the legitimacy of this website and its delivery process. I am posting this review to warn other customers. I would not purchase from JJJSHOP unless they can provide a satisfactory explanation, valid proof of delivery and either deliver my order or issue a full refund. Date of experience: 10 August 2026

Absolutely do not purchase from this…

Absolutely do not purchase from this website. I've been in constant contact with them since I paid for my item on 21st June 2026. I just get fobbed off and redirected all the time.. the reply com2e from a bot and can't be trusted. Do not engage with this website..
