Wedding is tomorrow, after waiting several weeks for expedited delivery, order still hasn’t arrived. We have been scrambling between three cities trying to find matching replacements for items needed at large department stores. To avoid the tremendous stress, please choose another retailer.

The dress arrived faster than expected and fit so good. I need to get a deep v strapless bra to fit into the breast cups as they are a little too big for me to wear without a push up bra with extra padding. I put down my measurements across the nipples and it came a little too big in that area.

Charged me for a Dress I never received - I ordered try-ons and received a child sized dress I did not order. I returned it well within the 7 day period and sent in a ticket explaining what had happened and still continued to order 3 dresses from this company requesting they be expedited. I was promised they would be delivered by a certain time and they did not come within that time period; however, they charged me full price for the dress that NEVER came in the try-ons! I even have the FedEx proof that they received the package containing the child size dress back. Absolutely insulting and what a scam.

My dress arrived and it was see-through and the bust cups were absolutely tiny even though I measured more than once. I left a review mentioning my disappointment and nobody got back to me and my review got hidden. Such deception to remove reviews from sight. Will not shop with them again

Beautiful Dress
Ordered three dress on the try before you buy option, really good service. Had to return for different reasons, two of the same dress but the colour just wasn’t right, so ordered it in the colour I wanted, and it is beautiful, well made good quality and true to size, Order came on the day they advised it would, Overall very pleased with everything from this company and would definitely recommend

I am getting ready for my daughter's wedding and I don't have time to go to the store. I used the try before buying option and got 6 dresses. They were all so beautiful it was hard to choose. The quality was great and they were easy to return.

Nonexistent Customer Service
I contacted the company twice on their Customer Service email from their website and they never answered me. They have no phone number to call, so as far as I can see, their customer service is nonexistent. The dresses are beautiful, but if they don’t fit, or you have a question, you are on your own. JJ’s answered me on this thread but why could they not answer me on the 2 emails I sent them? OR, I have a grand idea, what if they actually had a customer service number that a customer could call?

Extremely disappointed with JJ’s House
Extremely disappointed with JJ’s House. My wedding dress has had no shipping updates for 10 days, even though I paid an extra $45 for express shipping. I trusted this company with something incredibly important, and now I’m forced to find another dress at the last minute. This has caused unnecessary stress during what should be one of the happiest moments of my life. I would not recommend this company for time-sensitive special occasions
