Charged me for a Dress I never received - I ordered try-ons and received a child sized dress I did not order. I returned it well within the 7 day period and sent in a ticket explaining what had happened and still continued to order 3 dresses from this company requesting they be expedited. I was promised they would be delivered by a certain time and they did not come within that time period; however, they charged me full price for the dress that NEVER came in the try-ons! I even have the FedEx proof that they received the package containing the child size dress back. Absolutely insulting and what a scam.
