Overall a very good experience, they were able to accommodate my request which was quite a unique situation for which I am grateful for. The only slight downside was the communication, it took days to get a response at times but on one occasion I was contacted to advise of the delay and they apologised. Once all was in order, my item was quickly despatched and was with me in a matter of days! If I could give 4.5 stars I would but the site didn’t let me
I had to return the dresses Tried calling the number. No one answered. Really thought I was going to get stuck with two dresses. They actually called me and I hadn’t even left a message. Order 2 bridesmaid dresses to try on. Was not clear at checkout that I would not be able to return one of the dresses and am now left with a £50 dress that doesn't fit and cannot return. The website automatically added on a price for protective packaging as far as I could tell. I would have thought that would be in the company's best interest and be standard. When returning the dress I was able to, it was about £6 to return it. I would have gotten the next size up but after this experience, I don't want to. Lots of hidden costs or sneaky dealings make me not return here.

The orders did arrive within the time frame, which was great. Some dresses that I paid for were out of stock, but customer service were very quick to put that right once I got in touch. Lovely selection of dresses
£55 for cardboard inserts and atrocious sizing. Don't be fooled by the polished photos online. This dress is cheap fast fashion disguised as formalwear. The fabric has zero give, meaning the stiff zipper wouldn't even pass my hips despite ordering my standard size. Worse yet, the bust contains rigid, rock-hard foam inserts that feel like actual cardboard sewn into the lining—uncomfortable, bulky, and absurdly cheap. For £55, you can get far better quality, proper lining, and wearable tailoring from standard UK high-street brands. Save yourself the headache and the international return fees and shop elsewhere.

I spoke with Issah, and she went above and beyond to assist me with my return and completely resolve my issue. The dress was gorgeous, but not available in all sizes. Although I was outside the return window, she worked with me to help me recover the money I had invested. It’s companies like Ever-Pretty and customer service professionals like Issah that are so important in simplifying the wedding planning process. Please keep doing what you are doing. Would 100% recommend to other brides or anyone shopping for formal wear.
I've ordered a few times from this site, and I'm providing a 4 star as on my most recent order the sizes stated and using their size guide they were not true to size, which resulted in being 4 sizes too small and then ultimately having the order whilst waiting onto he next size up to try, but didn't arrive in time for the event. However their customer service is great and very quick to help. I will be ordering in the future, this will not deter me, as the dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced, maybe this style just wasn't for my this time. Other experiences and orders have been fantastic

I ordered a beautiful dress for my wedding. When I received it I just didn’t like the dress on me. My budget was low for my wedding. I was told the dress I bought was non-refundable. I did not see that when I ordered it. If I saw that I would not have ordered the dress. Customer service, Mark, helped me get a refund. I was very happy with the help I received.

Excellent quality and beautiful. We ordered 2 sizes of the same dress but neither fit so setup a return/exchange and I messed up the exchange and ordered the wrong dress (my mess up). They quickly responded, and enable me to get a full refund and order a replacement of the right dress, just in time for the wedding. Will definitely use them again. If I have any criticisms at all would be 1. Having a reduction in sale price is spoilt by high shipping fee 2. Takes a little longer than expected for delivery

I bought a dress from Ever-Pretty UK for £78.66. It arrived looking nothing like the photos – the colour was lighter, the sequins were cheap plastic, and the size 14 didn't even fit. I returned it to their UK warehouse at my own cost. Tracking confirmed delivery. They agreed in writing to refund me the full £78.66, including shipping and their "worry-free" fee. That was the last honest thing they did. Here's what happened next: They tried to refund only £60 – shortchanging me by £18.66. They even sent me a screenshot showing their own system attempting the wrong amount. When I challenged them, they asked me to close my PayPal dispute before they would refund. That's a classic scammer move. If you close the dispute, you lose all buyer protection and cannot reopen it. A genuine seller can click "Issue Refund" inside the dispute – which refunds you and closes the case automatically. They refused. They ignored my emails for days. When they finally replied, they cycled through different staff names – Daphne, Sarah, Mark, Ana – all giving me different stories. One said "refund submitted, wait 5–10 days." Another said "we can't refund because dispute is open." Another said "keep the claim open and wait." They were making it up as they went along. What happened with PayPal: I escalated to a PayPal claim and provided all my evidence – their written agreement to refund £78.66, proof of delivery, their failed £60 refund attempt, and screenshots of their emails asking me to close the dispute. I even showed them other customers' reviews proving this wasn't a one-off mistake. PayPal eventually closed the case in my favour. But they only refunded £68.67 – not the full £78.66. They completely ignored the £9.99 shipping fee, even though the seller had agreed to refund it in writing. It feels like PayPal didn't actually read my evidence properly. They just skimmed it, made a decision, and moved on. My advice to anyone buying from Ever-Pretty: · Use PayPal. Always. Don't pay with a direct debit card. · If something is wrong, open a dispute immediately. Don't wait. · NEVER close the dispute until the refund is in your bank. If they ask you to close it first, they are trying to screw you. · Keep every email, every screenshot. You will need the proof. · If they try to shortchange you, don't accept it. Fight back. · Even if PayPal rules in your favour, they might not refund your shipping fee – so be prepared for that. I got most of my money back, but I had to fight for weeks. This company uses delay tactics, partial refund attempts, and pressure tactics to drop your protection. They rely on people giving up. Save yourself the stress. Do not buy from Ever-Pretty. Buy from somewhere that respects its customers.

Ordered 3 dresses which said they had the same estimated delivery date. They came in 3 separate parcels like 2 weeks early. Obviously it being early is a good thing but when it arrives in 3 separate packages like 5-7 days apart, it means I have to return them separately, costing me £6.99 per return. One of the parcels wasn’t even delivered (evri 🙄)I processed the return stating the reason as the package has been lost. They emailed me saying the return has been accepted and sent me a returns label. I have tried emailing Ever Pretty multiple times asking how I am supposed to receive a refund on an item that I can’t return due to the package being lost. They haven’t replied to me. I reported it on Evri and they are about as useless as they are delivering packages. So now I’m £79.99 down on a dress that I haven’t even seen in person because nobody will reply to my emails. Aside from all this, the dresses are not suitable for anybody who happens to be petite with a larger bust. They are all really long but don’t zip up over my bust.
