Sizing is terrible, shipping costs ridiculous
Sizing is terrible, expect to size up at least 3 sizes. Shipping costs are too expensive and add on hidden costs for "worry free" shipping. Then there is the shipping costs to return. So basically I paid a total of £14.98 to receive and return an ill fitting garment. Rubbish. Definitely do not recommend.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over £70. The “Worry-Free” option is an optional shipping protection service. I ordered a few dresses based on my measurements, which were true to fit, and I only returned one of the five because the color didn't suit me. I had a wedding on May 1st, where I wore one of the dresses and received many compliments. Loved the way the dresses fit and look on me! Will definitely shop with Ever Pretty again!

Beautiful dresses, excellent customer servucet
Quality and beautiful dresses, affordable. Excellent customer service, quick responses and reassurance that any queries are being handled.
Bridesmaids dresses, shocking
Ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses and them came in shocking condition. Covered in dust. The quality of the dresses was horrific with lining not evenly stitched. Sending these dresses back from Ireland is another ordeal. Dealing with a company who only email in the middle of the night so everything is 48hours. They delivered the dresses in 2 ordered so only picking up 2 dresses to return when there is 3. Given options to return to UK, France or Germany, queried re cost of return to the UK and customs and they were unable to advise if there would be or not. Just overall impossible to deal with. Dresses being returned today so who knows when I will be refunded.

Selling stuff is a easy but
Selling stuff is a easy but, please disregard the telephone number - it just goes to answer phone and please disregard the 'chat', its pathetic. The only way apparently to make contact is through email, when I say contact I mean I have sent them an email about a return. If you order multiple items and want to return more than one, wait and send them all together - that returns portal cannot cope with two returns on the same order. The stuff is not the issue here - the stuff was good - you just cant talk to them, which is a management issue

Great customer service
i haven't got my order yet so i can't comment on the dresses. But i made a mistake with my order (blame the wedding stress!!) and their customer service was so amazing help me sort it (even though it was completely my fault).
Impressed with the customer service
Although I returned the dresses due to finding an alternative dress elsewhere the bridesmaids preferred, I am impressed with the service. Emails were responded to within a few days and my refunds were processed timely. I was expecting issues with it being overseas but non at all. Dresses where of good material quality and id say accurate sizing for the girls too ! Return process is simple with them sending a QR code and it's tracked.
