Product & Customer Service
My first order and had to order a selection of dresses and sizes. Arrived in three shipments and they were stunning and of great quality. Returning items was stress free for me and the customer service from Rocill and Mark was first Class. Will definitely be ordering again :-)

Size Change
I ordered a bridesmaids dress in a much bigger size as I'm currently pregnant, however I ordered one way too big thinking it would fit closer to the wedding. I reached out to Ever pretty and explained my situation and if there was any chance of exchanging the dress for a smaller size. They were so understanding and helpful I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Ever Pretty for all your help its massively appreciated.
Not true to size, expensive and poor communication
I bought 6 dresses from everpretty for my bridesmaids. They all ran small, which would have been okay as I accounted for that after reading reviews. I bought insurance through them yet 2 dresses arrived late. Due to this and the girls either not liking the fit, quality or style, I’ve been trying to get through to them to exchange with no response or ability to get a refund or exchange. Biggest tip, I spend over £300 on ever pretty dresses just to find the exact same dress, sold by ever pretty on Shein for £20. Honestly don’t bother, it’s not even close to being worth your money.

The customer service of this company is one of the best I have dealt with in a long time - which makes a huge difference when ordering online. They went above and beyond to try and expedite an order I needed for a specific date and their communications were fantastic when keeping me updated

Very easy returns, I chatted to someone past 10pm and got it all sorted in minutes. Dresses are excellent quality
The return process was a joke
The return process was a joke. They charged me extra for something called "worry free purchase" and then wouldn't accept my return. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you are 100% certain your purchase will fit.

It took a bit of extra time
It took a bit of extra time, but I was able to get my dress returned without much hassle. I had purchased one dress that was beautiful and fit great, but the second dress I purchased did not fit right. I was able to get assistance from Daphne, and got my return processed.

After ordering a dress that didn't quite fit right, I contacted them for help with exchanging the size. Daphne responded very quickly and was able to help with the process of exchange. This was done swiftly and easy to follow instructions on returning one dress and receiving the new size. My new dress arrived and fits beautifully.
Returns cost
Ordered a dress which I wanted to return. £6.99 to return a single item is ridiculous.
Positive Experience
The dresses were beautiful, well made, and true to size. My daughter was pleased and looked lovely. We needed to return one of the dressed because my daughter didn't care for the way it looked on her. Ever-Pretty made the return process easy. Rocill was attentive and helpful. We will definitely shop with Ever-Pretty again.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It was beautiful but didn't look good on my shape!! It was delivered as stated. I e-mailed re: my return. They were really helpful. It was a great experience! Wonderful people!
The gown was gorgeous
The gown was gorgeous, well designed, great quality. It fit true to measurements. Unfortunately, the event was changed and I returned the gown. I returned it with assistance with live agent chat. Daphne was super helpful with the return label and refund. Would likely recommend Ever-Pretty.
