In the catalog the item appears to be 3 D with the name of the person receiving the gift painted on the item. What came flat, with the name printed on a sticker and then stuck onto the item.

I ordered a solar golden eagle light on July 4th. I still have not received the order. I've emailed them for a refund and they keep saying the same thing your item is in transit and offer me 10% percent refund and I can keep the item. We'll it's been 3 months and nothing has been done. After "buying" from artveramemories I have decided that I am never buying from this store (or any other online "small business") again. This the second time I feel I have been scammed. The product they showed, and the product I got are no where's the same. The product I got is a cheap piece of plastic crap as opposed to the nice sea glass tree they show and advertise-using the words "sea glass". Customer service is worse. They keep running in circles. Never again!! Anybody reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased the Morial ornament. The picture on the website gives you the impression that it is a regular ornament which hangs from the tree like any other, but when I received my purchase , it was a flat piece of acrylic with the picture and date impose into it. It was blurry and very cheaply made. And in no way did it resemble the pictures from the website. I disputed my case, but I lost and now I am out 35 USD and I am embarrassed to hang the memorial ornament on my tree. I do not recommend buying any products from this company as they are extremely misleading in their website. I will never purchase from artveramemories.com again!
Ordered nurses Keychain july 14th. Never rec'd requested refund. Stated there was a problem with logistics, what ever that means. Wouldn't give a refund. Would remail free shipping and a 10% credit. I was very disappointed when I discovered the ornament I ordered was flat, acrylic and scratched. The date was also incorrect. Customer service offered to replace with correct date or I could order something else at the same price. I asked for 100% refund but they finally offered 30%. I paid $25 for a falsely advertised ornament. Will NEVER order from them again!
This company is a flat out scamming company not worthy of a review but I was so disappointed in the item I received, nothing like what I ordered, was to be a full sized glass globe with an angel and a candle in it with a picture of your loved one beside the angel, I was so mad when I got the item. It was a piece of acrylic with the angle, candle and my deceased husband scratched on the back it was about the size of a quarter, I did finally get a $2 refund, would toss in the garbage, if it didn’t have my loved ones picture on it thats where it belongs. I ordered a personalized ornament that was advertised as a wooden ornament. After a lengthy delivery I received an ornament made of thin plastic with the personalization written backwards and unreadable. Totally useless. They gave me a confirmation number and when I check on my order they do NOT have any record of it, but when I pull up my information they want me to order 4 more just like the ones I ordered. I ordered Custom Photo Angel Candle - Personalized Christmas Acrylic Ornament for my son. The advertisement looks like an ornament regular size. I received a plastic flat ornament that was maybe 2 inches you couldn’t even see the angel or the picture. This is totally false advertising. It cost $25 plus shipping $30 which looks like you could make this. It took over a month to receive and their tracking system didn’t get updated. Stay away from this company it’s a rip off poor quality and nothing like they advertise.

I expected a miniature stand mixer as a Christmas ornament. Instead, it was a picture of a mixer, and the name of my granddaughter was spelled in reverse. You’d have to hold it up to a mirror. What a joke.! $25 for a 4 inch picture of a stand mixer!!!
