I am soooo disappointed in the ornament for my Granddaughter. The plastic is so cheap, that you can’t even read her name thru it. This is nothing but a scam side. I waited over a month to receive this item. Now I can’t even find a side to get a return address.

I paid 40.00 for an acrylic garbage Christmas ornament that was supposed to be wired with sea Glass. It’s garbage and they won’t even answer my complaint. Stay away. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I ordered the sea glass Christmas ornament for my sister and her family. I got it in the mail today and was completely appalled, cheap piece of plastic with a pictures of sea glass. I would be embarrassed to give this to anybody. Shame on this company for producing such cheap products, not providing any information to contact them and now I'm out &40. Don't waste your money.

Really deserved no stars. The ornament received bears VERY little resemblence with the ornament in the picture. It came with a cheap string and a bow. I imagine the string was to be threaded in a hole at the top of the ornament. Well, the hole was closed, so it cannot be threaded. The artwork was on backwards...and so is my name! So much for personalization! It says on the website that it is "designed and developed in New York" yet the sticker on the wrapping is in Chinese. (Is there is a town in China called New York?) This purchase is a HUGE mistake. Do not trust them. (I sent a message to their "customer support" and received this message: "Your message wasn't delivered to m because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." HORRIBLE!!!
I have never been so disappointed in a company's product. The item I received doesn't match what the website advertised, and the ornament's engraving was backwards, making it unusable. I tried to email customer service, but it was returned as undeliverable. There is no phone number or other contact number. I have been scammed! Lesson learned.

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered a stain glass ornament with my daughter’s name and her family. After spending $30 plus’s $5.99 shipping it finally arrived. Not only did they write the name on the back instead of the front, it’s not even stain glass. It is the cheapest form of plastic you can buy. It looks like my granddaughter made it in school. They should be ashamed and that’s why I am writing this. I don’t want someone else to spend this kind of money for crap. I wrote them hoping I can get a refund because I would be too embarrassed to give this as a gift so I do not even want a replacement. If I was able to post a pic I would.
How is zero stars not an option. In a moment of weakness I fell for their scam. Sites like these pay to be displayed as ads in games and between videos. Normally easily avoided but the beautiful memorial ornament that was pictured seemed the perfect gift to give my grieving family following the memorial service. Ordered in early August it arrived a month later (tracking only updated after delivery) I open to find instead of the 3d globe ornaments of the website and video, a flat scratched poorly printed piece of plexiglass with the name and image on opposite sides. Non-refundable due to personalization and yet unusable due to severe lack of quality. Company didn’t respond to communication and has three other non-memorial ornaments in my shipment still pending. This company needs to be blocked from doing business to protect customers. If you haven’t already ordered Do Not Waste Your Money!
Ordered personalized mixer ornament which was feathered as looking like a tiny mixer personalized. I got a resin coated photo of the mixer. It is awful cheep looking although it was 33.38 paid. Would be ashamed to give this cheep looking piece of junk to my daughter. What a rip off.

They falsely advertise their products and make the look three dimensional when in fact they are a picture placed in a flat acrylic. Their contact info get you know where with no one to address this. Very dissappointed in PayPa that they deal with this company.
The ornament I ordered was advertised as a sea glass ornament personalized with family names. It was pictured with the sea glass pieces framed in silver with shells and a silver star at the top of the tree. I received a piece of acrylic junk, flat plastic with no sea glass or silver trimming. I paid $34 including shipping for something that looks like Temu junk. I tried to contact the merchant for a return but the website is not responding.

Never order these sentimental items without thoroughly checking reviews. I have no item and no refund after at least 6 or more emails.
If I could give this a ZERO I would! Horrible product! Such misleading advertising. Microscopic in size, the "photo" is minuscule and barely visible inside the "ornament." The inscription is not legible and written BACKWARDS on the grainy PLASTIC side. $33 and took over 8 weeks to arrive?? Not worth .3 cents!
I have never been so disappointed in an order in all my life than when I received the ornament I paid $30 for! I was expecting "Custom SEA GLASS", as advertised, (I'm an avid collector of sea glass), but it's nothing but stamped, one-dimensional plastic! I thought maybe the "sea glass" would possibly be manufactured (not real sea glass) and I would have been ok with that. What I got is a cheap, flat, stamped piece of plastic. Your portrayal of the ornament is simply false advertising! I wish there was someplace I could warn other buyers. I'll keep it only because it has my family's names on it, but I'm disgusted with the pathetic quality.
