Buyers also faced major difficulties with prolonged shipping delays, and many consumers struggled to receive fair refunds or successfully return incorrect merchandise. This is a terrible website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They do not ship or update tracking. I ordered an advent calendar on Sept 20th and it still has not shipped although they said if you ordered it early Oct it would arrive by Oct 20th. They do not respond either!!!
Long delivery time AND the ad showing 3-D models of VW Buses in their advent calendar is A LIE!!! In tiny print 4 pages into the advertisement after 4 pages of gorgeous images of little 3-D VW buses...there is a line that states they are "2-D acrylic pieces"...OF GARBAGE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PRESENTGIVERS!
PresentGivers is a total scam! Never received any merchandise! Yet, their address shows they are in La Verne, Ca, they are actually in China!
Actually this company deserves zero stars. Still waiting for an item I ordered over 2 months ago. Constantly getting a run around. I have requested a refund numerous times and all I get is excuses. Avoid this company it is a SCAM
I ordered 3 of the Journey to Bethlehem 24 days to Christmas. The boxes arrived in a sleeve or bag and the outer boxes were crumpled. The inside boxes that were supposed to be the gift were also crumpled. Some of the doors were open already and the contents were at the bottom of the box. The had shifted, fallen, and were not in their place, nor was the "place" still in tact. All of the contents were not as advertised. Instead of being figurines, as advertised, they were little pieces of plastic with pictured glued to the face of them. They were terrible, not suitable for young fingers, and the pictures glued on were not clear. I will never order from this company again and would like a refund of my $100+ investment. I had ordered them for my great-grandchildren to help them understand the meaning of Christmas, but those cheap boxes sure won't help them. I'm sure you get a lot of complaints like mine but this is close to a scam in my book!!
False advertising! The product I received is nothing like the product I saw advertised and ordered online. I ordered the Gnome Advent calendar as well as the Dragon Advent Calendar, both as gifts. I am embarrassed to send them. They were advertised as 2-3 times the size they are. The gnomes were advertised as fabric and are plastic. They were advertised as book type calendars, not even close. I would never order from this company again.
The product received was not even close to what was advertised. The only similarity was the box. I paid $39 for something that I wouldn't take for free. They offered to give me 15% of my money back or (after opening a case with PayPal) all my money back but I had to pay for shipping which was over $45. Do not purchase from this company.
What i ordered was lovely… what i received was trash!! I was so disappointed! And trying to get a refund is impossible! They are a big scam!!!
FRAULULENT COMPANY!!! Do NOT order an advent calendar from this company - what you see is NOT at all what you get! They show larger 3D product in their ads, and what you get is a TINY 2D plastic-encased photo of the promoted 3D product!! RETURNS are difficult at best - make sure your credit card company will assist in obtaining your refund FIRST!
This website is not located in Ca. PresentGivers is owned and operated by Ecalink INC, with a registration address listed as 1502 FOOTHILL BLVD STE 103 - 699 LAVERNE, CA 91750 … First of all items on web site are not pictured for what you receive. Something totally different. My package shows a address of Tommy 2750 Ellis Dr Unit D Joliet Il. 60433, In order to get a refund Merchant and PayPal is saying I need to send item to China. No where did it say it was coming from there and my package return states Joliet Il. Instead of receiving 3D pearl Ornaments as pictured in the video on website i received flat plastic shapes with a sticker on one side and also don't even look like the web site.
I bought the nativity advent calendar for $29 each and it is incredibly not what the photos showed. Missing one piece, really small and cheaply made, and now that i read AI it seems to be typically sold for $12! I was ripped off! It was marked as $49 reduced to $29 deceptively. No way i can figure out to return these terrible dollar store type products. Beware of this company!
I ordered an advent calendar with 3D figures and received a picture inside acrylic. Nothing of what I was expecting. Save your money and don't order from here. Plus it took over a month to get the item in.
So disappointing, but I take the blame,I didn't Google them,so if anyone reads the reviews, please don't spend your money for anything they have ,their products are so misleading, cheap,I actually threw them in the trash
What I ordered is not what I received. I ordered an advent calendar of gnomes. What was shown was positively stunning for ninety six dollars, and ninety three cents. It was a piece of cardboard which came to me if I could give this a zero. I would
This company is an absolute scam! Not only did they get the order wrong and promise to correct it before it was shipped, but I have never received any order whatever. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CROOKS!
I ordered what looked like a beautiful nativity set with little statues. What I got was a piece of junk. It was a set of clear plastic with picture of the statues glued on the plastic. False advertising.
Journey to Bethlehem advent calendar arrived but not as advertised. I received tiny flat encased in plastic figures in a cheap plastic container. There was no advent calendar. This is a scam so beware.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered something back in August. I have repeatedly told them that I did not receive my order. Each time I reach out, I get the same canned response, "Dear buyer, I have checked your order immediately and am verifying the details with our logistics provider right now. Due to time difference and other relevant factors, the whole confirmation process may take 3 to 5 working days. We kindly ask for your patience, and I will update you with new progress as soon as possible. I am actively following up on this case to ensure it gets resolved properly for you." I get this response, even when I respond to their emails. They asked me to confirm my information, which I did. Then they sent me a supposed photo of delivery confirmation of my order IN THE WRONG TOWN! I still don't have my order. I am very tired of dealing with this company. I will NEVER order from them again.
Absolute garbage product! Intentional 'BAIT AND SWITCH', where they list and show pictures of a beautiful 3D product and an advent calendar with doors that open and they send you a 2d plastic two-sided stickers on the plastic less than an inch small, garbage! I wish I had read reviews, the ad I saw had a positive review that I'm sure they wrote themselves, because after looking up on trustpilot I see 87 negative reviews and I am of course trying to deal with the company who offered me a ridiculous 15% refund and I get to keep this garbage that I would not put in a child's Christmas stocking! Do not use this company, please, every time you see their ads please write scam scam scam on them as I plan to do! I am initiating a chargeback through my credit card company which seems like the only restitution I may get that's acceptable. These companies from China are giving the entire country a bad name and it's really despicable that they have a California address in office so I will also be pursuing complaints through the Better Business Bureau and legal action in the United states. This is reprehensible and an egregious fraudulent practice
