Not as advertised. I was fortunate enough to actually receive my christmas sign but it's not 3D as advertised. It's just a window cling. It's still cute but not what I paid for. Their customer service did respond though.
If I could rate this lower than a one I would. The advertisement is not as pictured. What I received was a hard plastic keychain with the name on backwards. Definitely not as pictured as a three-dimensional cloth like item from the pictures on the site. Definitely not what I was expecting and not what I thought I was ordering I should have read reviews first. Finally, it took super long for me to receive the item. Not a good place to order from.

Ordered item on AUGUST 19. Yesterday on October 8, I received a note saying order failed and it was closed. Written to them many times and received no reply that was useful.
Ordered what pictures show is a three-d Christmas decoration. Said contact was a California address. Advertised you would have in less than two weeks. Sent a flat sheet thats a non reusable sticker. Took over six weeks to get. Gave a tracking number that was from china. Once it got to customs no new number. Wanted $7.00 for the stateside tracking number. Didn’t send tracking number till three weeks went by and i stopped payment on the order. No answer at California phone number given. Then sent false information to credit card about the dates that i ordered and when sent. Charged$24 plus shipping for a dollar store item. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!
I ordered an item online from diyprintstudio.com on Sept. 5, 2026, which was to be a wedding gift needed by Sept. 26. When ordered, I paid for expedited processing and it was indicated that it would be delivered by Sept. 18. I did not receive it by Sept. 24 and on that day, I emailed customer service and cancelled the order. Their website shows that it was completed on Sept. 25 and I received an email stating that it has been sent on Sept. 25. I've tried addressing the issue by email since then asking for a refund, and have simply gotten the runaround. And still have not received the item.
I bought their product a decoration for Christmas and it’s a joke. It was a large magnet for refrigerator. It didn’t look flat but thick. It also looked it was large where it covered a little more half of the freezer door. When I received its flat and a lot smaller than the product I saw. It’s looks nothing like the picture I saw. This is fraud. 
It took me approximately four weeks to receive the product that I ordered. What they advertise and show in picture is nowhere near the product that you receive. Please do not buy from this company because they are scamming us and misrepresenting the products that they are selling.

Instead of the item that they advertised, I received a large STICKER. The STICKER was the picture shown but the item advertised was about 2” thick it was an item you could hold in one hand and the item advertised didn’t flop around what I received was paper thin and if you held in one hand it was floppy(did not hold its shape as advertised). Sent an email back and forth to company requesting refund and free delivery back to company. They offered 30% discount or full refund after I paid to return to a China address. They started with 10% and got up to 30%. I would have to pay for postage back to China. The return address I havèn enveloped that delivered is in the UNITED STATES. I would like to show pictures of what I received and what was advertised. Anyway to do this let me know.
BUYER BEWARE! The product shown online looks 3 dimensional and comes in a gift box. The actual product is a flat decal. Although the sited claims satisfaction guaranteed, they make returns impossible by insisting on return shipping that is extraordinarily high cost. Certainly not worth the price or discouraging experience. Their ad should not be allowed due to misrepresentation.

The Christmas item was nothing like what they showed on the website. After waiting three weeks I am very disappointed and emailed them for a refund and will be reporting them to the BBB. I would never pay thirty plus dollars for a refrigerator decal. Lesson learned

I also ordered the gingerbread men in a cup. Looked cute, advertised someone lifting it out of the box and looked great. Guess what, mine came in a dirty envelope! A thin piece of plastic that took forever to get. I want what you advertise, that is what I paid for, not what you want to give me. Disgusting!
Ordered Christmas decoration not at all like it is pictured, it’s a huge cup ( looks 3 dimensional) with 20 santa hats for 25.00 on there site What you get is a window cling and names printed on with what looks like a black market. Don’t waste your money, go to dollar store and make your own. Plus it took 45 days to get it.

Ordered a product that was supposed to ship within 5 days. It has been over a month and all I get is a runaround by their support site. This company should be banned from advertising and selling in th USA.
