Item purchased was nothing like it was advertised
I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered!! The item I purchased was nothing like it was advertised. AI is used to make things look 3D. I was very disappointed when I discovered the ornament I ordered was flat, acrylic and scratched. The date was also incorrect. Customer service offered to replace with correct date or I could order something else at the same price. I asked for 100% refund but they finally offered 30%. I paid $25 for a falsely advertised ornament. Will NEVER order from them again!
