Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your continued support and are glad to hear that you generally have a positive impression of our company. We’re sorry to hear that the sizing of this swimsuit did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the top and bottom of the same size do not provide the fit you were looking for. Since swimwear designs can vary in terms of cut, fabric stretch, and construction, the fit may sometimes differ between styles, even when selecting the same size. Additionally, individual body proportions can affect how the top and bottom fit. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with our product team for further review and improvement. Regarding the return and exchange policy, we understand your frustration. We have different promotions periodically, and some items will be marked as non-returnable during the promotion period in accordance with the rules of each promotion. Based on the return policy, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described. We encourage you to explore our website further, as we have a variety of items available that can be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!
