High Quality and Great Customer Service

We love the metal logo tags we got from custommetalcrafts.com. Our salesperson, Cathy, was super proactive in recommending a type of product that would work for us. They are high quality and beautiful. We are very happy. We'll be ordering again from them.

Nice work

My rep was Cathy and she communicated clearly and quickly whenever I had a query. I think the price could have been better but I only ordered the minimum, plus there are the costs for the mould and shipping and handling. Although I had some concern with the quality of the work, overall it was a good job. The design and style were as requested but the colour was a bit off for some items. In their defence they did advise to use silver where I chose gold. The overall time from payment to receiving was about 3 weeks (China to UK). Shipping was quick and via Fedex, with each tag being individually wrapped and nicely packaged as a whole. I have already decided that I will definitely use them again.

This company is awesome

This company, it's fantastic. They took a sketch that I had on a piece of notebook paper, and turned it into a custom watch logo. All at a very affordable price! I will definitely be back!

Great service

Customer service and speed of shipping were great.

The team at Custom Metal Crafts was a pleasure to deal with - they understood exactly what we needed and helped us get it into production. Cathy was particularly helpful and dealing over WhatsApp speeded up the process.

We are absolutely thrilled …

We are absolutely thrilled with our custom tags! We wanted a subtle, but classy, way to add our firm logo to gifts and, with Cathy's help, they turned out perfect! The weight and quality of the tags are very nice. Thank you so much for your quick responses and invaluable help in getting these to us.
