What people say
Beyond pleasantly surprised! GREAT!
While I was slightly leery of working with a company in China for the first time, Cathy made the experience great! I had seen some of their online examples for sale via 3rd party vendors and bought them and knew the quality should be there, but you never know. Rest assured, it was great! My custom metal coins for an event - came out perfect and exactly in the time frame Cathy promised - in fact on the shorter/faster end of the time frame! Will definitely be back for future orders!
First time ordering metal tags
This was my first time ordering metal bag tags and I couldn't be happier. The whole process was easy and Cathy did a great job to help me figure out the best design. I received my order today and I am very happy with how the tags came out. I am definitely a repeat customer.
Excellent quality, wonderful service, & great price!
Excellent quality & great price! I recently purchased small metal custom tags to use for my custom brooch and painted clothing designs. Cathy was amazing to work with - responsive, excellent communication on the requirements and process, and the resulting products were packaged well and are high quality. I shopped around at several other online stores and was frustrated with the lack of or slow response, and the cost (much higher). In the end, I decided to go with Custom Metal Crafts and I am very happy I did! I will definitely order from them again!
GREAT Service!
Cathy was great! I talked to her about what i needed and she delivered we had a couple of miss with the mold but everything turned out AMAZING! Cathy and her team were on it! and she was always very honest when things didnt turn out as expected and the end result was GREAT! the hardware came out great at the end! Will be sending over my future orders to them.

Amazing experience
I've worked with CustomMetalCrafts a few times now for various brass figurines and I gotta say, they are the best of the best! Cathy worked closely with me throughout the process to help select the perfect finish and patina to match my vision. She was always responsive and answered any questions I had about the process. My figurines turned out even better than I expected and I can't wait to order more. 10/10 highly recommend!
