What people say
Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, Cathy was in touch with me all the way, from initial design to making payment and finally shipping. The product is gorgeous, really very happy with it. Shipping was incredibly fast, Definitely would recommend!
Good experience
Excellent customer service with quick and friendly responses to requests. Pricing was also very good and beats most competitors. Delivery was exceptionally quick, considering it was to the UK. Would highly recommend and will likely use again if we need something similar.
What can I say… phenomenal
What can I say…. Amazing service, amazing product, amazing communication. Cathy is the best and such a joy to deal with. I had no hassles at all. So quick. My products look so amazing now with my new metal tags. Hopefully they sell so quick I will be back for more soon.
Would definitely recommend!
Would definitely recommend! We got a few quotes from varies different companies but they were alot cheaper than some of the quotes and the ordering process was alot easier! We got sent photos throughout the process to check and they even let us add on to the order last minute for some extra attachment rings. The items turned up very quickly and are actually alot thicker and better quality than we had expected which was a very nice surprise! We will definitely be re ordering through Custometalcrafts for our future tag orders :)
