I’m very happy with the jewelry tags I ordered from custom metal crafts. Cathy got in contact with me promptly after I submitted an inquiry and was very knowledgeable & easy to work with. She provided a mock up of my design before I approved it so I was confident I would be receiving just what I wanted. It was shipped with dhl tracking and arrived quickly. I will order again!
This was my first time ordering custom hardware, and I am so pleased with how everything turned out. The products match my original designs perfectly. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Big thank you to everyone from Cathy, to the production teams!
By reading everybody’s review I’m so lost and confused. I cannot get in contact with any customer service unless it’s through email, and then I ordered my boyfriend a tattoo frame with 3-D lights thinking that it was gonna be put together, but when you get your packet, you have to put your own lights together and they don’t even give you directions on how to do it or how to put it together. $130 for nothing. I was very excited about this gift and to see his reaction.
Hi Cristina, we understand why you feel confused. Please check the website name where you ordered the tattoo frame with 3-D lights. We do not sell tattoo frames and we do not allow online orders. You can view our website. We are sure we never made a deal before. Please kindly check the website again and remove this review for us. Thank you very much!
Excellent craftsmanship. Fast delivery and easy customer service. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company and what I had them make for me. I needed custom metal wallet cards for gift bags for a large party. The cards were perfect and the price was very reasonable. And as soon as I have a reason to use Custom Metal crafts again I will.
Great quality and a perfect match of my design on the buttons
Great and effective service towards order placement, quick response time, delivered the product that was promised. highly recommended.

I recently ordered custom metal tags for bags in matte silver. They are absolutely beautiful. Came out exactly the way I wanted them. I would recommend them.
I was looking for custom metal tags and came across this company. They custom designed and made my metal tags. I just received them and I am very happy with the order! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you.
I had a great experience firstly with Cathy (sales rep) who did an excellent job liaising with me so I could be informed before placing an order. She was bet helpful and provided accurate info. I am satisfied with my purchase. One criticism, the legs on the labels could be a bit more sturdy.
Excellent service, over and over every time I order from then I get the best service wheather I buy 100 cards or 500 cards. I like the fact that they really know their product and alway deliver on time. Sometimes before delivery date. I will do business with them for a long time. Thank you.
A very good experience with customer service from start to finish. I started chatting on WhatsApp by asking many questions and all my questions were answered politely, promptly, and correctly. I took a few days to think about and I came back to chat and customer service was immediately available to answer more questions. Finally, I placed my order and I received my items right on time.
recently purchased metal tags, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and design. Here are some key points about my experience: The metal tags are robust and well-crafted, ensuring they can withstand wear and tear. They feel solid and are resistant to rust and corrosion. The finish is smooth and polished, giving them a professional look. There are no sharp edges, making them safe to handle.
Amazing experience. The product is high quality and looks exceptional. The communication was superior and I got an even better product than expected. Definitely will order again. Recommend them fully:)))
The product and service was exceptional. Of all the suppliers we contacted, Custometalcrafts was the only one that truly supplied solid brass badges - all the other suppliers provided brass plated only. Cathy was a great communicator and answered all our questions promply and helped us through the process of designing the badge. We will definitely be ordering more in the future
I received my custom made jewelry tags today. They were stainless steel with laser engraving. They look really good. I've very pleased with the quality of the product. Good customer service and the pricing was competitive.
Really good product, good service, on-time delivery, I am very happy with my metal tags.
I loved my metal labels, they came out so much better than expected. They came so nicely packed in bags with separate pockets so they don’t scratch or damage. What I love the most is the customer service, they messaged me few time to check on the order delivery. Overall highly recommend and will be buying again!
Amazing product, excellent service! We used them to make custom shank buttons for uniform jackets, and the product exceeded all expectations.
I ordered metal tags with an embossed company logo for my handbags. The tags exceeded my expectations and actually elavated the look of my handbags.
