Recently I returned a product because what I ordered was too small and wanted an exchange. After providing tracking information, UPS took over 2 weeks to let me know my product was somehow delayed and damaged as well. I contacted the company to see what happened and they stated never got package. Now Im out 75$ basically like UPS can also get a 1 star rating as well for causing the issues at hand.
