terrible customer support and no returns
products are below avg. quality. when you try to return them they won't accept it and instead try to offer you a discount so they can get even more money from you. the products are not a 100% match with what you see on their website. I would avoid.

Terrible quality, no customer service. It's a bait and switch scam.

Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. The shirt I ordered was a men's size medium. What I received was a kid small. Even though the label on the shirt said medium. I emailed customer service to return the shirt and was provide with an offer to receive 20% off a future purchase. No option for a return. I emailed again asking for the return and then was offered a 30% off future purchase. Then I declined their offer and was given another offer of 10% refund and 20% off future purchase. This is directly from their website "Returns & Exchanges Requirements: We strictly cannot accept any return, exchange or replacement requests after 15 days from delivery. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. I was never issued a return label. Instead I was offered to return the shirt with me paying for the shipping, duties, taxes. Please do not order anything from Darkpick. You will be disappointed.

Sizing issues with products
great selection options. However, the sizing options are not uniform across the product lines and needs to be fixed. For example, if I select a 5X product: T-Shirt: Chest is 63.78 in; Length is 34.25 in; Shoulder is 29.53 in. Washed T-Shirt: Chest is 58.27; Length is 34.67; Shoulder is not provided. Jersey: Chest is 51.18 in; Length is 28.74; Shoulder is 18.11 in. You are losing sales of products because of this sizing issue. Please fix and be consistent to the T-Shirt sizing.
Dreadful !
Dreadful !! Don’t order anything! I spent over $100 and never got my parcel of clothes ! Spent 2.5 months in an email battle with them and pay pal and they kept saying I had the parcel ! I have a picture sent to me from them of it being delivered to a wrong address ! Waste of money and they could not care less ! I’d give zero stars and avoid them at all costs !

I recently discovered this store on Facebook. So far the quality of the shirts looks great. The colors are beautiful. When you send out emails asking people to review something the email should specify what products you want them to review.
