Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for providing detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the darts and flight system — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. While we don’t commonly see failures like this, we do want to review the products to better understand what happened. As a distributor, we don’t control product design or packaging; however, when concerns like this are reported, we need to examine the items and share our findings with the manufacturer for review and quality feedback. Our support team has reached out to assist you directly so we can obtain the products and work toward an appropriate resolution. We appreciate the opportunity to address this and hope our handling of the situation reflects our commitment to customer service.
Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re glad to hear you had a fast and reliable experience. During the busy holiday season, it’s especially rewarding to know we’re meeting — and exceeding — expectations. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to helping you again.
