We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. It certainly did not meet ours, either. Your order was placed on Saturday morning. Because USPS does not pick up from our facility on weekends, your package was shipped on Monday. Unfortunately, USPS experienced additional delays after accepting the package, which extended the delivery time beyond USPS's published Priority Mail transit estimate. When you contacted us on July 15, we provided your tracking information again, and when you requested a refund of the shipping charges, we processed that refund the same day. Although credit card refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on a customer's statement, we confirmed with our payment processor that the refund was issued to your bank on July 15. We understand your frustration and agree that the delivery took longer than anyone expected. We are reviewing how we present carrier delivery estimates on our website, so customers have a clearer understanding that USPS and other carrier transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We appreciate your business and sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience.

I have not received order #11019478…
I have not received order #11019478 which was placed on 01/08/26. I did receive order #11019462 and #11019461. Order #11019461 did have a refund for the Sharp Shooter darts that were left off. I don't know why that was but I was refunded for that item. I haven't heard anything on order #11019478. Please let me know something on this order. Thank you

We’d like to clarify the status of the orders referenced and provide an update. • Order #11019462 was shipped on January 6, 2026, with no issues. • Order #11019461 included one discontinued "SALE" item that was no longer available; that item was refunded, and the remaining in-stock item shipped on January 7, 2026. • Order #11019478, placed on January 9, 2026, contains an item that is currently out of stock and expected to arrive around January 23, 2026.
