I bought a new strip light on Amazon. It lasted two weeks and one section went out. They replaced it and a week later a section went out again! They sent me a third, I put it up, and nope, didn't work, another section was out. So, DAYBETTER just doesn't sell quality.
They wont even turn on. I do not recommend.
At first my LED lights would only work if I turned on red and green and then soon they would not even turn on unless I held the connection from the LED lights to the plug in.

My lights came in the promised time. They were easy to set up and they worked great. I felt that I had adequate customer support even thought I didn't use it. Overall I had a good experience

Absolutely garbage broke after a month and sense it's past the 30 days and I have alredy used them they won't replace or refund me according to the return policy. No reply from support. Half the power base quit working. And the leds are 2 different colors half way though the strip.
I originally bought these lights for my son for Christmas on a amazon special. When we finally got them up the cord piece that connects each separate light strand only half worked. He was so bummed I just quickly bought another adaptor. That actually works now. But I am not real happy with having to spend more money because the original one came faulty.
Was a little trouble getting both items purchased but the “”Follow Up” for missing item came through in a Flash!! Thanks
I am very pleased with the lights & the customer service is exceptional
The strip lights I ordered and spent over $30 on do not work. I tried contacting customer support but they never responded. This is the only way I can think of to get their attention. I just wanted a replacement for the faulty item I received.
