Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted that the booking process via Dayuse met your expectations; however, we are deeply sorry to hear that the quality of your stay did not meet our standards. The cleanliness of our partners' rooms and the friendliness of their staff are normally our top priorities. What you described regarding the condition of the room, the noise, and the welcome you received does not reflect the experience we strive to offer our guests. We would like to look into these incidents further and find a resolution for you. We therefore invite you to contact us directly by email at: [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you and offer our sincerest apologies. Best regards, Delphine

Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear about the incident that occurred upon your arrival at the hotel. We fully understand your frustration; such a situation in no way reflects the quality of service we strive to provide. We would like to reassure you: all reservations made on our platform are firm and guaranteed as soon as you receive your confirmation. This type of technical or communication issue with our hotel partners is extremely rare, and we are taking your feedback very seriously. In order for us to fully investigate this matter and provide you with a concrete solution, we invite you to contact us now by email at [email protected]. Our team will do everything necessary to handle your request as a priority. Best regards,

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. We have noted your comment regarding the parking fees and will pass this on to the hotel management. However, we would like to clarify that the $36 rate is specified on the hotel's page on our website. Our team remains at your full disposal for your future visits. See you soon! Delphine

Dear Joseph, Thank you for your feedback. We have immediately looked into this to understand the pricing difference you mentioned. After checking the hotel's official website, we noted that the £87 rate refers to a 'Non-Refundable/No Flex' offer, which requires upfront payment and cannot be cancelled or modified. In contrast, our DAYUSE offer is a 'Full Flex' rate. This includes the benefit of free cancellation up until 2 hours before check-out and payment directly at the hotel. For a like-for-like comparison, the hotel's own 'Full Flex' overnight rate is currently priced at £109 or more, meaning our DAYUSE option still offers better value for flexible booking. That being said, we would like to investigate your specific case further to ensure there were no errors in the display. Please contact us at [email protected] with your booking or search details so we can identify your request and assist you directly.Best regards. Alice
