I feel that the customer service here is a bit slow in responding, but my issue was eventually resolved, so it was okay. However, I found the communication process lacked patience, and their attitude was rather indifferent. While not dismissive, they weren’t particularly professional or friendly either.
After making a purchase, I contacted customer service multiple times, but their attitude was cold and impatient. My issues remain unresolved. Is it because I asked too many questions??? I’m really upset!
The products on this website are actually quite good, but the overall design of the site is overly simplistic. The pages lack depth and visual appeal, and after browsing for a while, it starts to feel dull. It doesn’t catch my eye, which makes me less interested in continuing to explore.
