Paid for 1 week shipping and have yet even got any information on my order, first and last time with this company. I emailed to ask about the product and of course I have gotten the same emails over and over again, I wouldn’t trust them with any information.
I ordered a Xiaomi mi 8. After completion of my online order next day I received an email from DD4.COM they asked me to send a photo of my credit card to verify that I'm the original card holder. I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement but they still want photo of my card and said if I don't send them photo they will cancel my order and give me refund then I said that's ok. After that I sent them few mails to confirm have they cancelled my order and processed refund? They haven't reply. I try to call them on those numbers which are given on the website but nobody answered and later on I found those numbers are incorrect. I've lost my $565.

I made my first purchase as a guest on the 28th of January for a product to be shipped from Shenzen China. I can see the product was processed and was leaving China on the 2nd of February. I have yet to receive any update since and USPS shows the package is ready to be received. I can't get information and even their support numbers are wrong.I have tried to put in a ticket but I can't because I was a guest. I have a similar product arriving from Gearbest with none of these issues and I ordered it on the 7th of February it is even coming from Shenzen China. I think this will be the last order I make with this company. I am also going to be advising everyone to avoid them. I will stick with the better alternatives.
Tracking number provided for the order was invalid. Would not track at all. Ordered on 3rd of March and waited till 20 April. After contacting them, they said that the delivery attempt had failed and either I have to pay extra to have it re-delivered or destroy the order. Nothing was left behind to indicate that a delivery was attempted so it made no sense to pay anything extra. No refund was given as they claim they delivered but the delivery returned.
