12月买的。订单从未收到。一页写着“未履行”，另一页写着“已交付”，这是不一致的。没有跟踪或快递信息。我们已经核实送货地址是正确的。
We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your package but tracking shows it in route. You purchased a subscription in the month of December. We take subscriptions the entire month and then subscription shipments go out to those subscribers during the first part of January. When your order shipped, tracking information was sent to the email address you have here which is also the email address that is attached to the order. We sent out multiple emails to our subscription customers informing of delays that were experienced that were out of our control. We had vendor delays due to the holidays and also due to some vendors having broken down production machinery. Also, Winter Storm Cora swept across the country disrupting operations with vendors and making them shutdown, causing us to shutdown, and causing parts of USPS to not be able to operate. We are located in Mississippi and severe winter weather can really affect things here in the south as we don't experience weather like that but maybe once or twice a year. As soon as we received everything for the subscription shipments, we got those out as quickly as we could. In the emails we sent out informing of the delays, we also gave free access to other mysteries and activities while our wonderful customers waited to receive their shipments. We are sorry that your package hasn't arrived but your tracking shows it is in route.
