Hello Ryan, We regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your order, I can confirm that it was received and full payment was completed on January 10, 2025. We recognize that there were delays in the processing of your order due to the festive backlog. We wish to express our deepest apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience that this situation has caused. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Kind Regards, Antionette Customer Complaints

Hello Sharyn, I regret to hear that your experience has not lived up to your expectations. The payment was attempted on 18/12/2024; however, it seems that your PayPal email address was invalid. We did inform you privately that since the payment method was different from what you used when placing your order, the system imposed restrictions on us. We are pleased that your payment has been successfully processed, as we have been working diligently and truly value you as our customer. I apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused may you have a lovely day. Kind Regards Jodie musicMagpie
