Hi JC, Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive. Looking into this further, we can confirm there was no damage to the parcel, we carefully inspect all items upon arrival and any damage to the parcel is photographed and noted. There was no record of any damage, so we have to assume the fault was present before the item was sent over to us.  I can also assure you that the damage has not occurred whilst the item has been within our possession. We are a reputable company and have senior members of staff observing at all times, we would also not benefit from damaging the item ourselves as it would then need to be repaired and prolong the time frame of buying and reselling. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of stock, any rejected items valued under £15 cannot be returned and will be recycled responsibly. If you have any doubts regarding the quality of your items, we recommend that you refrain from including them in your order. For further details, please consult our Terms and Conditions concerning the non-return of items that do not meet our standards. Upon reviewing your order, it appears that 4 items were rejected not due to being missing, but because they did not meet our standards, specifically regarding damaged artwork and non-originality. Hello Shari, I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive. From reviewing your order, we can confirm that we have received your return within our warehouse.  While inspecting your returned device, it has become apparent that the faults found on the phone are not due to a manufacturing defect. The fault has been caused by some form of accidental damage. In light of this, the warranty is void, and we will be returning the device to you.
